I am very happy with Choxi, my order came in a timely fashion and it was exactly as described. Because I am a loyal customer they also give me a percentage off sometimes and I love that and they also have free shipping sometimes which is great too. I will continue to order from Choxi.com. They do have a variety of things... from clothes to jewelry to electronics to coffee and many more things. It's worth checking out and their prices are reasonable.

Recently I purchased a viewfinder, and paid $27.00 for it. I waited almost three weeks before searching for delivery. I was informed by Choxi, that it was delivered to my mailbox on July 30th, 2015. My mailbox is very small, so it had to be left at my door. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Choxi to my surprise credited my account $27.00. When thanking Choxi, via internet, I mentioned receiving a cable, as the only other item I received that week. Choxi removed my credit and informed me that I had to send the cable back to them. The cable was a gift from my daughter, and was purchased from Amazon, not Choxi. I STILL DON'T HAVE MY CREDIT. I probably will still use Choxi, but my purchases will be few and far between. I learned a lesson. Keep the credit. It; s too much trouble to get it back. Very disappointed
I ordered a package of camera SD cards. They came in really fast & so far they are working great.
Good response but it took me 3 e-mails to get a label to return an item. To date no indication when a credit will be placed in my account. I had to e-mail them today on this matter..

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
