It seems like this is at least the second survey regarding my 7/19 order. It contained four items; two are very good, and two were very poor quality. I am still a customer, but will be reading the fine print closer in the future.
It is very good, It hold my I phone 6 and my husband IPhone 5. I have 2 of them one for each truck. It was work for my Garmin too. You can bend it any way to you want up or down.
I almost always get what I look for. Love to skip Handling cost and shipping just $ 2.00 is so good

I have enjoyed shopping with Choxi for a few years now, They were known to me as Nomorerack back then but the same great offers continued through out the years and no doubt always will... I look at the website every chance I get and have purchased items from jewelry, clothing, footwear, assesories and home goods not forgetting electronics and I have been very pleased with all my purchases... When I had to return an item for another size the customer service staff were very helpful! So yes I've been very happy with Choxi...

I thought i was getting a purple and black comforter but when it came it was burnt orange. The advertisement was not clear. The quality is great but I did not get what I thought i was getting.

The service provided by Choxi and the range of products is first rate. Prices are also competitive.
It was easy to navigate and my order didn't take long to come.
Ordering and delivery went very well. The chair was lovely to look at, but not as comfortable as expected. The resemblance to an Eames swivel lounger appeared to be similar, but this chair does not recline and isn't relaxing at all. I can't return it since the box and other shipping material was destroyed when the package was opened, or else I would.
The product was/is good. My concern is that there is no confirmation of when the product will be shipped. After I ordered some items, and again this happened 2 nights ago, my order states it is processed, yet there is no estimated time of delivery. The credit card is accepted but I think there should be some confirmation of when a customer can expect delivery.
MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN AMAZING. SO FAR, EVERYTHING I HAVE ORDERED HAS ARRIVED ON TIME AND I'M SATISFIED WITH EACH AND EVERY ITEM ORDERED.
The exclamation marks are to express my gratitude; I'm really a laid back guy. However, Choxi has yet to disappoint me. Cheap pinky rings, bladeless fans, wireless headphones, to name a few items I've purchased from said site. Each purchase has been delivered promptly. Sometimes I've checked the mail to be surprised at how quick my purchase had arrived. Not to mention the $2 flat rate shipping fee. There's a gazillion other products I have yet to take for a spin, so to speak, and I'm still satisfied with the site. Five stars is fair enough to say the least. If any curious people out there happen to be reading this, don't think I was paid to write this review. Choxi is the true chiz, with whipped cream on top and in between. They rule. Five stars and three thumbs up!

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
