I cannot get Choxi to resume my daily emails. Why they stopped I don't know. I contacted both Maria and Angel in Customer Service with no success and Angel even contacted Technical Support. I then called into customer service and although they apologized and said they would resubmit my request to be on email list, they could say why I was not getting daily emails. Why Choxi can continue to email me surveys but not daily events emails is ridiculous. Perhaps Choxi no longer wants me as a customer?
So far I have had a good experience with Choxi. They process orders pretty fast. If they are sold out of an item they email you to let you.
I have never had a problem, everything has been delivered in a good amount of time, and I have never had a problem with the merchandise. I have never had to call customer service, so I cannot rate them.

I just don't understand why I can't get the exact item I ordered instead of a replacement of what I ordered, i. E., two tablets, one blue, one pink. I got two reds, dah! No quality control anymore. I ordered an elbow brace, it had a notch in it for easy mobility. I got a copper brace, no notch. Urg.
My experience with Choxi has been great. NoMoreRack was ok too but it seems the products are better picked, and CS is excellent with Choxi.
I get great deals etc. BUT something that is still happening is that I feel some of the 'original' prices of items is way off. Sometimes I check the item online at other sites and their original price is way less than Choxi. So that's something that I think that Choxi might look at better. But overall Choxi is a great place for me to arm-chair shop.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
