I am usually very pleased with prices and merchandise ordered through Choxi and order for friends. I have not been successful in sending them the $10 welcome gift, but will ccontinue to encourage them. I have told them about the emails you used to send with $10 off $30.
I have had s very rewarding experience in all of my dealings with Choxi. All of the items I have purchased have been of very good quality at very low prices. What more could you ask for,
I ordered a small metal dish drainer that had a metal tray to catch the water. The package arrived with holes in the thin plastic bag it was shipped in. When I tried to remove it from the thin box it was shipped in, I had a difficult time. Upon looking more closely at the box, I noticed the metal legs of the dish drainer were showing through the box, thus they were what had made the holes in the box. The wrapping of the product was very minimum and had more wrapping been done, the package may not have been damaged. I am unhappy with the way it looks as the dents in the tray take away from the look.
Had been waiting on item for almost 2 wks. Item was not available by seller. Didn't receive any info about this until I sent an email asking why I hadn't receive the item.
Service is good... shipping takes longer than I like, but the product was great and I am satisfied.

I used to enjoy Choxi and bought many nice items from them, some at incredible prices. However, over the past six months, Choxi has gone downhill rapidly. First I didn't receive all the items I ordered. Then, instead of a refund for an item that they cancelled due to unavailability, they issued me a store credit instead of the usual refund. So I ordered some more items using my store credit, but after six weeks of waiting, none of them arrived and customer service gave me the runaround. So they issued me a store credit again, I waited two months, and still no action on items ordered. I just want my money back. Worse still, no way to get credit card to remove the charge as a lot of time has lapsed since you made the initial order and paid the credit card charge. Little did I know months ago that I would become caught in this web of deception. And yes, they are criminals.
All my experiences have been pleasant. Everyone has been courteous and everything handled quickly and efficiently.

What a great little television set! I saw it on your site one day and thought it might be fun to have a pocket sized TV to enjoy. Well, I'm enjoying it more than I thought I would! Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
