I ordered this cardigan and it's totally different from the picture online.
The quality of the yarn is substandard, the workmanship - shoddy.
I usually wear a size M, but ordered a L because I wanted a loser fit - the large was too small.
The "long" sleeves were 3/4 length sleeves, and it did not have a "Long-in-front asymmetrical cut" as described.
The bonus was a hole in the back of the cardigan that was larger than the size of a quarter.
This sweater is garbage and is nothing like the sweater shown on the website.
I would have given it zero stars if the option was available.
I ordered a scaled mermaid blanket, but the quality is so cheap. It does not look like picture and it will not keep anyone warm due to the way it was made. Stuck with it as it was a gift and had not checked the package earlier. Purchased from Groupon.
Im extremely upset with this businesss customer service. I ordered 4 of their mermaid tails (which is pretty good business for a first time customer... but definitely not a returning customer) and only received 3. It says they were all delivered but I am missing a pink one. Now due to the fact that I got these on Groupon, I cannot track the package so I have no idea where it is. I have tried numerous times to contact that for help or alternatives but no reply. Now not only have I lost money, this particular tail was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Disappointment is a huge understatement of what I feel for this business.

These clothes are garbage, there was a bad odor... I couldn't even justify giving these clothes to the homeless, I ended up throwing it all out!
I ordered a longline cardigan. The only positive I have to say is their shipping was quick. The cardigan is a poor resemblance of the pattern I ordered, and unless their model is about 4' tall, then their picture representation online is completely altered to make it look long. I'm 5'4, and this cardigan barely covers my rear. On the model, it covered, halfway down her thighs.
Material is cheap, it's clearly thrown together in a hurry, it sits incredibly oddly on my body. Overall not worth the money, and you're definitely not going to get what you order.
I wish I had listened to the reviews I read. Stay away.
Purchased a sweater as a Christmas present. They sent the wrong size and do not reply to emails re exchanging.
I purchased the Jade and Juliet Classic Handbag...it is not worth the money, whether you purchase it for $21 or $125...it is made of poor quality material and the handles have ripped away from the purse already after only 3 months of use. Try contacting them on their website...they don't bother to respond, even after several attempts.

I recently purchased a dress via groupon and am unable to return to Jade and Juliet as they do not accept returns for items on sale or because of wrong size . The material of the dress is cheap and not worth the regular price . Please be aware before ordering anything from this company and read their exchange Policy very carefully . I for one learned my lesson and will never order again .
I purchased a jade and juliet leather purse from daily deal sites and I love it!!!! It is a perfect everyday bag. It's definitely worth a $20.
I bought a jade and juliet dress off of groupon and received a dress that was made out of Halloween custom material, it was totally different from the picture and and not at all sized properly. Please do not waste your money on this. I have never written a review on anything before in my life and I don't mean to give a bad name to this business but I just don't want anyone to waste their money. I know it looks lovely in the photo but it's not what you will be receiving in the mail.
I am sooo glad I bought a purse at the Groupon price rather than the actual price on J+Js website. The bag looks cute in general but close up it looks and feels SO cheaply made, even the $25 I spent seems like too much - and they list it for $110 on their site! It really is like something out of a dollar store quality-wise, I won't be buying a product of theirs again
Bought a Madison dress off of groupon and it was terrible. The medium was too large (I'm typically a sizzle 4-6). The dress was practically a onesie made from a thin polyester similar to the ones found in cheap Halloween costumes! In fact when I put to on, I felt like I would scare someone! It was horrible, and I was happy to lose the shipping $$ to return it back to groupon.
I ordered what looked like a beautiful dress called "Madison" from the website. I'm 5'4" and 140 lbs and a bit curvy so I referred to the sizing chart. My hips weren't even on the chart and my waist was a large according to why I read. Usually wearing a medium in everything, I decided to go by their chart and order a large in the hopes it would be stretchy. Shipping time was decent, but when I received the dress I was horrified. Not only was the dress absolutely huge, but the material felt like something I would've purchased in Rainbow for $15 as a teenager. Worst of all, the dress looked COMPLETELY different than the picture. I've been in contact with them and they expect me to pay a $15 "handling fee" to return it. I'm currently in correspondence with them to get the full amount returned due to false advertising and terrible sizing. Bottom line, do NOT purchase a thing from this company! Never been so disappointed with an online purchase.
The dress I received was defective and the materiel was horrible. Customer service is horrible . I'm sent numerous emails that were never answered . I will never order anything them again.
I ordered three leggings from Jade and Juliet via Groupon and the quality is absolutely disgusting!!!! They are not even wearable! I sent an email to their support email address six days after receiving them asking for the return and reimbursement procedure. I didn't get any reply. I sent another email a week after asking for the same procedure. I am still awaiting for a reply. They are a scam!
I ordered a bathing suit on a Monday May 19, the bathing suit was not shipped until Friday May 23rd. I only received 2 basic emails. One in order confirmation just showing the item I order and the price. 2nd email just to let me know my item was shipped, again not very detail. it only contained the tracking number which I couldn't even see at the time, I have to wait until the next day. No estimate time of arrival. I keep checking the website and the only information I was able to see is that it was processed thru china on the May 23rd then May25th.I called customer service and the representative told me that bathing suit was in back ordered, she offer to ask her manager to see if they could ship another piece so I could make it on time to my house before I leave for vacation but when she return my call, the answer was No. The website doesn't not show is the item is in back order. The website does not tell you in how many days your item will be ship.
Its been 16 days since I order the bathing suit and I still have not receive nor I know the estimated time of arrival.
I purchased a bikini from them over the summer and totally loved it! In terms of sizing my order seemed to fit me quite well, but then I'm a typically a medium. Pretty happy with my order and would buy again.
I bought a couple of dresses from them through TIPPR and what I got in the mail was 2 pieces of GARBAGE masquerading as dresses...never have I seen such cheap, ugly material...AND! they weren't even in my size. They sent dresses that were WAY too small.
I wrote to TIPPR, but knew that nothing would really come of that, so I wrote to Jade and Juliet and told them I wanted to return them and they said that it stated that all sales were final and the dresses could not be returned. I looked up the original transaction and it said nothing about no returns and everything was a final sale.
You don't get to do that in hindsight. I have already turned this matter over to my credit card company (YAY AMEX! for having such great customer service) and the money has already been placed back into my account and now these 2 stupid girls get to deal with AMEX instead of me.
BEWARE of this company. I don't know what dress the model was wearing, but it wasn't the cheap, ugly rags I got. And in 6 sizes too small? Don't order from them! Let's drive them out of business.
