I am reading reviews. Is it some organization (other than Better Business Bureau) where we can send a claim about this website? Does some organization can take control on this website? They play games. They do not do business. I am so tire writing emails. I am so tire communicating with their.
First - they send dress to late. Next - I didn't get this dress. Third - I cant get my refund. They telling that item was delivered. I asked my signature approved, then they tell call to DHL because they are responsible. I paid money to izidress. Not to DHL. I am so upset.
STAY AWAY! From this company.

I ordered a dress advertised. The dress came in a different fabric - they advertised in Jersey but it was done in chiffon. The lace used was too heavy for the chiffon and it was all crumpled where the lace was attached to the chiffon - the workmanship was nothing like the picture. I could not use it for the occasion I ordered it for and it can never be worn. I contacted them and they took no responsibility for supplying the dress in the wrong fabric instead they offered me 10% of what I paid for it. I declined and advised them that they had done the wrong thing no reply and never replied any of my emails so I have lost $180.00 on my purchase. Don't ever buy from them again you will be burnt. All you out there be aware you will never hear from them once they get your money or you will be given 1/10th of your purchase price when they make a mistake.

After months of the same discussions everyone else has had with Izi Dress about wrong size, too heavy, wrong material and them refusing to give me a return address, I filed a complaint with my credit card company and included the emails and my credit card company refunded my money to my card. Now Izi Dress emails me, "Kindly cancel dispute and we will refund your money once we receive verification from your bank that you canceled the dispute". Yeah right! Lol
File complaints with your credit card company and include those emails.

I HAVE A $170.00 DRESS THAT IS SUPPOSED TO FIT. FIND OUT THE COMPANY IS IN Republic of China. They speak English but chinese when they dont want you to know what they are saying. They didnt put me on hold and I heard the whole conversation. My fault for buying online. This site S____. I would never recommend to buy anything from them unfortunately they dont take amer exp I guess thats why so how many other perople out there bought from them If they are world wide site then you talking MILLIONS. Wow the Republic of China must be making a lot of money. I guess I am screwed for sure. I will be making a formal complaint to better business bereau. A lot of good it will do. Its a foreign company doing business in USA. I understand that this company has changed its name a few times. Sorry I didnt know before..

I just received the dress I ordered today. It has a fault and the material is of very poor quality. I am very disappointed and need my full refund. I need a return mailing address to mail it back. The dress does not look as it is on the picture, also it is very poorly stitched.

Today I received my dress. I'm extremely happy with it. The most amazing packaging ever! My dress arrived in a gift box. Then in a decorative bag to protect my dress with decorative papers inside. The dress was in PERFECT CONDITION. It fit me perfectly. I never write a review for nobody, but IZIDRESSBUY, were FABULOUS. I always order from other stores, but this time, I took a chance, and I'm glad I did! IZIDRESSBUY, pleased me all the way. I would definitely buy another dress from them AGAIN.

I just need everyone out there to know that you do NOT want to purchase anything from this company. I ordered gowns for a formal event, choosing the customized option at an additional fee so that the gown would fit comfortably.
I was horrified when a month later my gowns (2) arrived rolled up in a ball and stuffed into a thin plastic DHL bag!
When I got them out, aside from being VERY wrinkled, the sequins on one gown had damaged the other on the outermost layer of netting.
In addition to that, the gowns were both made 6 inches too short (they had my height and the hemline measurement taken by a professional)! Floor length gowns look ridiculous when they are too short to be floor length and not short enough to be tea length.
So these are not wearable and the company refuses to do anything about it.
They offer to give me a discount on another order. HA HA!

Long story short... tell everyone and don't order from these thieves!

At present my bank legal department is going after my money!

I recently bought a dress from Izidressbuy. The dress arrived with sequins hanging on threads, beads dangling on threads. Threads sewn on the illusion upper part of the dress in a different color and the longing was thick, bunched up and hanging way below the hem line of the dress. There policy clearly states if its their error, you get a full refund. When I asked for my money back they offered me $10 to go to a tailor. They absolutely refused to acknowledge their mistakes and continue to rip me off for $150.00. They are totally unethical and accept no responsibility. They actually had the gaul to blame the shipper and not the butcher who made my dress. I am warning you now DO NOT BUY ANYTHNG from themand warn all of your friends as well. They are theives. This to me is discusting and If don't want you to lose your money. They have very very poor business tactics and I not finished with them. I, like one of the persons who finally got the return address, returned the dress to the address that they gave me. They gave a different return address to Pay Pal,, because I have a dispute through Pay Pal.
By the way Pay Pal didn't support my complaint and support the company because I sent the dress to the address that they gave me and because don't have a tracking number. I followed Pay pal policy, that is to deal with the company for the reasonable agreement. I did it and finally they gave me a return address and them gave to Pay Pal a different return address, when I had returned the dress. To return the dress to China with a tracking number with UPS cost $165.00, with DHL cost $157.00 and with the United Post office, USPS cost, $130.00. Pay Pal told me that they will only reimburse the amount that I paid for the dress. It not make sense to pay for the return more than what I paid for the dress. I returned the dress and since 03/02/2015, one month I'm waiting for the reimbursement. Pay pal close my dispute in favor of the company because I don't have a tracking number. The company have had received my dress and at this moment I have lost the dress, the money of the return, $30.00; in total I lost $215.00. Don't return the dress, keep it because they are not going to reimburse you any money and you are going to lose all your money.
A federal agency have to do something with this companies that steal customer money. If someone knows the name of any federal agency that deals with this kind of company, please post the name in this site. I will appreciate.

No matter how much you love the photo of any dress--do not order from Izy. The details of the dress I ordered indicate that the embellishments are beading. The embellishments on the dress I received are bright, gold, shiny sequins--hideous. Instead of the skirt having a simple, chic line made possible by the flat pleats, the dress I received is gathered all the way around. I could be pregnant and no one would know. The skirt was sewn on crooked making the line of the embellishments crooked. The fabric is cheap, similar to that used in a wedding veil. Instead of champagne, the color I received was yellow. Izy customer service said that the dress I received was 90% close to the photos I sent. I would say it is 10% close to the dress I received. And, besides, where in their ads do they say you can expect the dress to be CLOSE to the photo, rather than being exactly like the photo. Customer service responses have not addressed my main concerns and only offered me a 10% discount on my next dress. Who in their right mind would order a 2nd time when the quality of the first was so bad and when Izy doesn't have the integrity to stand behind their merchandise and make it right--in customer service's words, "because of the minimal cost."

Sent the wrong size and will not exchange it for the correct size. Impossible to deal with, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

A nightmare to try to communicate with and what you receive is what you are stuck with.
