I ordered 4 dresses, none of them fit. I sent the pictures to return them, but cannot get a response back on how to return. Very difficult to return items vs buying from other online sites.

One top was a bit tight but i think my daughter is having it

Absolutely awful not at all as described looked like a doctors coat really cheap tacky material I would have sent back but can't be bothered with the whole Process of it all so will never buy anything from you again false advertising

Liked the clothes I ordered and I received many emails regarding the shipping and delivery which was great.

I've been waiting for a refund and a place to send the clothes back to without an answer for a month now! The clothes are nice but don't fit right please send me address for return and refund!

Getting a response from customer is aggravating. I am trying to return items and can't get answer.

Ordered a M size dress. Was sent an XL. At least 10 exchanges of correspondence - send a picture with a tape measure; we will give you a discount and you can keep it; return the item and pay £4 for postage; we will give you 40% discount and return it and pay £4 postage. After opening a case with Paypal I was asked to send another picture with the size label; eventually they sent the correct size and said I could keep the large one. It was very tiring, but they dealt with it satisfactorily in the end.

Fine and easy to use, clothes look good in pictures may differ when you wear them

Your return policy is horrible. I get to keep the item that does not fit and you refund me 35% of my purchase. Will not me shopping again.

My dress was ripped my sleeves was not attached and they should of bin
