Ordered two bikinis, they arrived, the material is so thin its practically see through, one cant without a hygiene sticker in and they were both poorly put together, so much so the lining was visible on the outside of the swimsuits. Emailed asked for a refund, and I got told no but I can have some sort of voucher in $, I refused as I wanted a full refund and told them $ is no good to me as Im from the Uk and I will not be shopping there again due to poor quality, once again I got told no, offered the same voucher, in $ again and got a cut and paste of their returns, which states they dont accept swimsuits back, with is obviously not the case as I got one without a Hygiene sticker in. After several emails back and forth theyve finally agreed.

Dont waste your money or time, never dealt with people so ignorant and rude!

I ordered the dress in ex large as i was told they run small im a uk 12 to 14... the dress arrived and seriously it was laughable how can they send such rubish and get away with it... where do i start. It would have fit a size 8 to 10 at a puch it was horrible fabric nothing like the picture stiff no flow to it at all and the pattern on it was completely different. I contacted them by e. Mail and there suggestion was to keep it and give it to a friend. I said no and returned it at my own expence that was a month ago but no refund... also unti you get your parcel theres no indication that its coming from china. My advice is save your money the pictures on this site are lovely but bare no resemblance to what you recieve.

I am very satisfied with my order and I think to place a new order quickly!
I ordered a combination, I received it about 1 month after, the size is perfect!

THIS AWFUL, LYING DEGENERATE COMPANY HAVE DUPED ME AND I FEEL SO FOOLISH. THE 'QUALITY' OF THE ITEM I PURCHASED IS DISGRACEFUL AND I AM BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED. I BOUGHT A SWIMSUIT SET AND I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY SENT ME, WORDS FAIL ME.
WHATS WORST IS THAT TO RETURN THE ITEM TRACKED COST £50 WHEN I SPENT £25 ON THE COSTUME! I AM FUMING. I OPENED A CASE WITH PAYPAL AND THEY PUT THE REFUND IN MY FAVOUR PROVIDING I SEND THE COSTUME BACK TRACKED! MENTAL

I recently purchased some items from IVrose. I used the measurement guidelines and a tape measure to ensure i was ordering correctly. The items arrived and were NOT close to fitting. As a bit of a joke, we popped them on baby that was 6 and 1/2 months old and then a small Teddy Bear. They were slightly too bog on the little baby and fell off the Teddy Bear. I contacted the company stating my complaints and they asked me to re-sell them. I replied saying the items were NOT as described, far from it and they offered me a 15% discount off my next order. The entire purchase was NOT as described and the measurements were NOT as described. This is my sole reason for requesting the full refund. Whilst i understand i cant ask for a refund on quality (and i am not) i also warn all buyers these items are CHEAP AND NASTY. Straight out of china, the fabric is hideous and honestly, you'll get much nicer going to the cheapest store you can find near you like a $2 shop. The worst part though is dealing with a company who will not give a refund when they are at fault. I would suggest that many on the good reviews here are fake. Be warned, if you purchase and the items are NOT what you ordered, you will be refused a refund.

I ordered gold winged heels about 3 weeks ago. As soon as I saw they would not come in time for prom I emailed them trying to cancel (less than 24 hours later). They emailed me within a few hours saying it was too late and that the shoes had been sent out, which was obviously a lie, it still hadnt been 24 hours. I said whatever I can just wear them to graduation and a wedding I am apart of. I continued to watch the shipping updates because they were supposed to come May 7th 2018. Then one day it said the shoes were being returned to shipper for the wrong address! However that was a lie! I have a confirmation email with the correct address! I emailed them and they changed it. Now I have just been waiting but they show no arrival date anymore. I keep emailing them but now no one responded! I am so upset. And now I have to find new shoes and Im out $50.

All items I've had from them have been good quality (very suprising bc they're so cheap) and arrived quickly. It's really helpful that people can post photos in the review of items.

I bought a dress from ivrose and when I received it it was completly different. The color and pattern of the fabric seemed diff then the picture. Style looked a little diff too. I sent them a message with the picture of the dress and the picture they had on their site. They blamed it on "lighting" they offered some ridiculous discount or $10% cash back or something like that but I decided to go ahead and return. They sent me specific instructions on how to return, ofcourse I also had to pay for the return. After two weeks of mailling them I reached out bc I hadn't heard from them. They told me I had to send a copy of the receipt I got from the mailing office and the weight of the package, luckily I had all of that. Once that was settled, I did get my money back. So over all I wouldn't buy there again. I really asked around for opinions of the dress and everyone agreed the dress they sent me was completely different.
