I ordered two bra and knicker set of which the stitching is falling out and they are really cheap looking and damaged! They refuse to refund my money for damaged items! Still working on it now! Disgusting company
This company is horrible. The clothes are cheap and then they had to nerve to offer me $7.00 refund plus some coupons and a discount on my next purchase. I guess customer service doesnt get it. I dont need a coupon or discounts if I am never ordering from them again! BEWARE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! There is no rating because I need negative rating. I was very disappointed.

Eventually told to return to China at my own expense of £35. Dont think so! Barclaycard have taken it into their hands and refunded me.

I stupidly ordered £140 worth if clothes then read the reviews and panicked.
I contacted them and asked for a refund however they told me 5 of the 8 items had been despatched and was I really sure I wanted to be refunded for the other 3.4 days later after numerous messages I received a oartucslly refund.
2 weeks later my parcel arrived. Nothing looks like what u ordered but honestly 2 of the items I really liked. 1 was huge 40cm waist on a size small skirt, one item was orange and should have been red and 1 item was mediocre just couldnt imagine myself wearing it. I have contacted them to return the items but they make continual exscuse sad to why the items cannot be returned.
I warn u unless you are prepared to lose whatever money u spend so not order from this site.

So excited about it! At first i was sceptic... then i had to wait a while since i am in UK... but it worth the waiting time! Really good quality and great fit, perfect and just as i wanted it to be. I could of probably dont with a size up so it was looser but that's my own opinion looks great either way

I ordered three pairs of shoes from Ivrose and paid extra for express shipping. I received 2 pairs three weeks later. When i contacted them, they advised that the other pair got damaged in transit... ok!. When were you planning to inform me?
Not surprised though (of the damages) because the quality is veryyyyyy poor (inferior quality) I had to throw them in the bin.
They finally refunded back my money (good)!

My size small sweater came and was more like a size small for children. I sent it back (on my dime) and gave them my tracking number. The tracking said it arrived but IVRose insisted on having the "weight" of the package in order to give me a refund, which UPS did not give me. I have emailed them with everything UPS gave me and they refuse to refund my money. Horrible horrible company to work with! Stay away!
After a look at their website I ordered. It did take awhile to come but I was assured from them and given a tracking number. Lovely and comfortable on.
They had my money. Got an email saying it had been returned due to damage on transit (I didnt even receive it). After a nasty email to them, surprise surprise it arrived yesterday (5 weeks since ordering and money taken). The dress doesnt even fit! Waste of time, interesting that there are no details of how to return as no doubt it will cost me!
I ordered in February the 13th they took my payment February 18th, here it is March 25th still no product..
