Dress arrived and was completely different to as appears in photo. Colours were different, material was poor quality. Felt like trying on a binbag with a design printed onto it.
I am in love with their tops! My mother and I have now ordered so many for autumn time and vacation and constantly get compliments on them! The over all quality is awesome, I just wish they had a better size chart to compare to and I also wish I could order a different size top from bottom. But other then that, my shipping was quite fast and this is a really good site! Highly recommend trying out the tops.
The delivery is fast. My items have never taken too long to arrive to me and all fit me perfectly. Whenever I had any questions regarding my order, I always got a reply by the next day. I look forward to shopping with them for a very long time! :)

I really love this site when I received the package, the postman delivered itto the mailbox.The tag on the dress with size and company name, tidy and smart. Got my dresses after ordered 15 days. Totally fit my figure, my mum also love it.

Ordered 2 items, was delivered to Europe in about 14 days. 1 item was sadly too small. Contacted customer service and requested an exchange for a larger one. After the initial automated responses, an agent replied adequately. Item wasn't available anymore, so they refunded me fully for the shirt without needing me to return the item. No complaints about service.
The dresses I got where so soft and wonderful to wear I just wanted to buy more and more of them. And the Customer service was great the people were helpful and took their time to explain things to me when I had a package get lost in the mail and where quick to help me find something to replace it. I can't thank them enough and I can't stop telling my friends to check out ivroseI love the size guides that tells me what size the piece of clothing im getting is in USA sizes it was a lifesaver and put my mind at ease as other sites don't do that and I usually get the wrong size.
I love the site. It has a very wide variety of items, and plenty of clothing styles to choose from. The prices are moderately cheap as well. There are many sales and promotions. Most items ship, and arrive, very quick. I had a problem with only one item. I ordered it just as it was running out of stock. I ended up waiting almost a week before it arrived because we had to wait for the company to supply more. Ivrose support was sympathetic, and got the order processed as soon as it came in. The customer support options are a bit limited, so I hope they update their support system to give more options for customers with questions.
I ordered two things which are worth of $100 at least. I liked the fit of one of them but the other one was not very well. The customer service. Kelly, fixed my problems very timely and perfectly. Finally, we reach an argument with the issue, I think it would not a bad result.

It's important to have a store like that where you know you can visit any time and buy what you need in an affordable price.
Some time ago I was shopping on ivrose and bought 6 clothes. Now I have received these clothes. The color size is very suitable. I also asked the customer service some questions in the middle. The customer service staff can solve my doubts in a timely and effective manner. It's really great.
