Awful experience from start to finish, would never buy again

One of the clothes the fabric is that thin that you can see through it. It is transparent.

Ordering was quick and easy. The fit was decent. I'd hoped the skirt was longer but I have big hips. The print wasn't what the picture advertised. Not on the front at least

Personally, I am a person who likes to wear very beautiful dresses. And I have a variety of styles but still not as stylish as your product So I decided to order it and I really liked it. But that dress are petty big for me! :( May I could change that?! Please. Thanks. :)

The response was quick that a good thing, but the return is a struggle

1 item was defective: buttons sewn on the wrong side of the cuff and the size was smaller than the other 2 blouses ordered. Seller repeatedly stated that returns/exchanges would be too costly so merely offered percentage refund - what I really wanted was a blouse I could wear but that didn't seem to be an option

Prices and choices of items was great but be prepared to wait for your items. Order well in advance.

I waited a whole month for my order as Ivrose missed out details from my address. The package was sent back by the courier company so I wrote an email to Ivrose requesting a refund and specifically asked them NOT to try resending the package... I emailed back and forth but no use, I kept receiving the same responses. Seems like the company is run by robots. Then finally I received an email with new tracking details. I had to contact the courier company to make sure they don't send the package back to Ivrose as I was sure by now that I wasn't going to get a refund.
I will never shop from this site again.

Shipping took a LONG time. Looks just as it does in the photo, but unless you're about 6 feet tall, it's way too long, and really can't be altered due to the stuffs. Sizing options were only size, not length, so be careful…..

I ordered an XL dress and actually, it might be a medium because it didn't fit

It was a nice outfit but had to hem them a little to long for me.

One item I received was the wrong item it was a two piece and not a jumper. All the items were way too small. It was a hassle to return and I still don't have my credit almost a month later. I will not order from this site ever again.
