Paid 260 pounds for a literature review ("first" standard) and provided a file that they could refer to. Essay was sent back written in poor english, and the "individualized" approach they advertise is merely a paraphrase of any reference file you send (literally the same sentences). I have the essay with me and can show anyone who wishes to see their "first" class essay. Horrible experience, money wasted, do not use them if you're hoping for a quality essay that is worth your money.
