“Scams Older People Who Don't Know Better”

This company is a SCAM! They use scam websites that throw up a message that says that you have an infection and that it needs to be resolved immediately and to call Microsoft. The number mysteriously calls someone who says they are authorized by Microsoft but they are not. Anyone who knows better knows damn well they are not. They have NO fee structure and charge whatever they think they can swindle out of the sucker on the phone! The FTC is investigating them. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY! IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM CALL YOU CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR BANK AND REPORT THIS AS FRAUD!

I was very Leary in giving out my personal info and allowing someone access my computer. I even questioned the validity of the person whom I was talking to but I eventually came around. The tech I spoke with is Dominic Holmes. He kept his cool even though I'm sure he had to be saying to himself a few choice words, and he resolved the problem and I feel really guilty for giving him a hard time. You have to be careful... any how thanks Dominic for your help. I

Parker Wells was so patient, kind, and helpful in helping me to understand the difference between infections to my devices vs my network and how important it is to have them cleaned and maintained regularly to prevent virus, spyware, Trojan, etc from causing damage. I never realized a computer could actually live 20 years! Mahalo Parker

Scarlett's attention to detail and assiduous efforts to make sure the customer was satisfied was very pleasing to me. It assured me of this companies honesty and integrity providing a sound product. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. Scarlett has provided me with an opportunity to believe that there is still someone out there who really cares about taking care of the customer.

Mr kevin martin did an wonderful job helping me fix my computer and took his time to explain everything to me while he did the work,, I really appreciate his time and understanding with me as well. And if I ever have problems again I have all his information saved so I can call him again. Thank you all for all your help..

I am so happy with the service. Henry & Lloyd were so very patient and helpful. They worked with me all day to fix my computer from a very bad virus. I would have never been able to save my computer without either one of them. Everyone I spoke with were so understanding and really put in the best effort to fix my many problems. I will continue from now on to use your Company/Services for any future problems. I will highly recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you so much!

From The last year with ITzSupport i had two bad experiences however that is against 25 great experiences. Itzsupport are really working hard to make all customers satisfied and i agree with that. I have no concerns now and hope this will continue.

The Technicians could find and fix problems nobody else could. They also were very pleasant, patient and kind. With my multiple problems causing all the difficulties turned out to be my anti virus software, which was Avast & Mcafee. I don't have them anymore, thanks to My last technician from ITzSupport.

I was alerted to the fact that I had a trojan, after a window popped up, warning me of it, when I clicked on a Website. Kevin helped me to clear up the many hundreds of infections I had on my Dell laptop. He was helpful, courteous, and friendly. I recommend him highly!

Kevin martin is was extremely helpful to me in quickly remedying my problem. He was friendly and patient and I greatly appreciate his help. He clearly cares for his customers and I am thankful that he answered the phone when I called. He is going to follow up with me to make sure that everything is completely resolved. He work with me over a hour but he DID IT. Give him a $50.00 tip please. I was very satisfied with him he didt give up on me I missed up and he did not get upset. The man just keep work. He made me very happy. He made a impossible job real. I need this for my church thank you so much.

ITz support technician, Paul Smith, was extremely helpful. I am not technically inclined so he helped me through a number of things to correct on my compute and even taught me how to do some things I didn't know about. Paul was outstanding--ask for him!

A pop up comes up on your computor saying you have a virus and you must call the number on the pop up. Then they SCAM you into $999.99 worth of crap security and support. Yes, this happened to my 87 year old mother. There is a special place in HELL for you people!
