ERIC WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO VERY PATIENT WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HE MADE ME FEEL THAT HE REALLY CARED ABOUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING TO ME. ALSO WAS VERY PATIENT WITH AN OLDER PERSON WHO DID NOT KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT THE COMPUTER.

This company is a joke. Barely understands how to type/talk in English.

Besides that fact they played my 65 year old father into thinking he had a virus. My dad payed them $700 for a 7 year subscription... meanwhile long story short they ended up somehow owing my father $1000 (idk why?) and they allegedly put $6,000 in my dads bank (direct deposit). My dad explains they sent too much & that this money should have been sent through a CHECK through the mail. (Already sketchy!) my father explains to the Indian man that he had no right going into his bank account and automatically accessing funds. This man then demands for money to be sent VIA **Apple Giftcards** (thinking to myself why would ANYONE LISTEN TO THIS) my father felt pressured and wanted to give back the companies money ($5,000 to be exact) As it is a Friday night. My dad explained how he would fix this problem Monday morning. The Indian man continues to THREATEN my father saying how his laptop will be shutdown/his credit card will have a hold on it/and continues to pressure my father how he has to get this done tonight. These people pressured, wouldn't stop calling, and lied making false issues. As my father is on the way to Apple store... these people hacked into my fathers laptop as I was home right next to his laptop. They start clicking through his files and highlighting files. I immediately shut down file, and this guy tries telling me to leave laptop alone he is "fixing issue." THIS COMPANY IS JUST A BUNCH OF LOSERS SCAMMING OLD PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY.

VERY EXPRESSIVE, CLEAR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS PRESENTATION! Mr. Wells has a plesant personality which makes it easier for the customer and the tech to understand what is taking place in customer's computer. I dont usually find this type of temperment in other techs in past years. He made an otherwise unplesant, frustrating experience a little more eaiser to accept by his mannerisms.
