iTunes has a rating of 2.9 stars from 257 reviews, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. Reviewers dissatisfied with iTunes most frequently mention and apple product. iTunes ranks 2nd among Downloads sites.
Things may be cheaper elsewhere, but if you have an iPhone, iPod, Macbook Pro, and iMac, they make it so easy. Purchases download automatically to all your registered devices and you can also re-download anything you've purchased in the past. They occasionally have hit songs on sale for 69 cents a piece. They also have a good amount of kpop available in the US store, and some Japanese stuff as well. Never had any issues whatsoever.
Wel i have usend this platform wen i hade my first iPhone witch was the iPhone 4. An toe me the site is verry interesting for peoples witch have Appel Stuff so for them the Site is complet an easy to use.
What else would you call it? I write classical music and do a number of other audio related work. ITunes is constantly popping up as a built-in facet of a Mac. They got rid of iMovie and made it impossible to get, also making it cost money. Yet they keep iTunes around like the spammy Nigerian scam repeatedly stuffing your computer with noise and getting in the way of real work. If I could I would delete iTunes- still working on how to do that.
A scrambled impossible rubble of misdirecting and unfathomable icons tat lead nowhere and everywhere without giving you a hint of where to get what you want. I think this is going to go down as Apple's biggest fail ever
The iTunes app works wonders for putting music and such onto my iPod and what not, but I don't really care for having to purchase (pay) for anything that I could possibly get cheaper elsewhere such as a different store online or a music store that isn't online!
I like iTurnes, but their prices are a bit high. However, it's easy to download music from their site.
If you don't have Apple products, itunes will take your money and make you pay even if they offer 3 free months! AVOID AVOID AVOID if you don't have anything Mac! They offered 3 free months, and did not deliver!
I never thought I'd say something was 'too' convenient, but simply the act of buying tracks with a thumbprint has changed my mind.
Fantastic service for getting music direct, quick and easy, with more categories than you can shake a stick at!
Even for 'new' music from up-and-coming artists, makes it easier to get noticed.
Great selection, reliable and customer friendly. ITunes has the selection I'm looking for plus insightful samples of new music that would be in-line with my taste. The money in my account is well managed, there are no hidden fees or mysterious costs to worry about.
I am a die hard Apple fan, so of course iTunes ties into that. But I find the selection good, prices aren't bad, and it's easy to search or just browse.
Not that great when it comes to trying to sync up two-way with my iPhone but it at least comes free! Come on Apple you can do a little better?
Most of my music I buy on itunes even though I use android!
I am only reviewing the App Store/iTunes Game, "Jewel Crush, Match 3". I wish there were separate categories on Sitejabber for these huge sites with multiple functions, like the App Store. I've played and enjoyed Jewel Crush for some months now. At one point, I was able to become a VIP member for $2.99 a week. This has numerous benefits. However, now I'm done with the highest level of this game, and I'm trying to stop VIP membership. The site says you can stop it by entering your cancellation in the site. THERE IS NO SITE ON WHICH I CAN CANCEL! When i look up options or ask questions, IT IS IN CHINESE!
I don't read, speak or understand CHINESE! So it looks as if, unless someone contacts me because i submitted a complaint, for the rest of my life AND BEYOND, I will be charged $2.99 a week for a game i stopped playing because I got as far as I can.
I believe this is a breach of contract and fraud. And it should be easier to contact these game sites without having to first learn HOW TO WRITE CHINESE!
I use iTunes quite often to buy music and sometimes tv shows, too. The only problem I have with iTunes is the prices for most of the music and tv shows. I've often found songs/albums much cheaper on other sites like Amazon.com. I mean, of course you can find all the songs cheaper somewhere but it's often illegal to download those, but I think that $1.29 at iTunes for a single song is a little much. However, sometimes I do find good songs in the $0.69 playlists. Overall, it's a good place to get music and shows, but it's best to look other places too so that you can find the best price.
Just got my first iPhone and buying all my music online rocks! Love it:-)
Not the cheapest but very reliable and secure, in my experience. ITunes continues to evolve. They need to leap a generation ahead, and for that I wish they would not hold back. They do too many incremental updates and upgrades. * Also they need to offer a lossless audio version for their music.
Itunes is a favorite to find any artist or song you may be looking for, I'm an oldies listener but I also love new modern music and I can find whatever I want. Love it!
Have never gotten anything that Ive had any trouble with
I can usually buy the song I like. Wish they could be less apple centric as I use multiple devices and my music only syncs with apple stuff
Answer: If you only have PC/Android devices, they will take your money and not honor any specials/deals!
Answer: Forget iTunes. Google free mp3 and tons of sites come up. Be careful though, lots of phishing with those. Do NOT download software. It's not necessary and if the site says you need it, get out. Another easy way is google convert youtube to mp3, find your song on youtube, most are there, and use any number of sites to convert the audio to mp3 versions. Downloading BTW is legal. UPLoading copyright protected stuff is not. But many of these sites are not in the USA and our laws don't apply.
