I did not want to, so it would not let me check out. The password
Requirement should be optional. I had to go around 4 times!

Good selection, but even though I told the site to add more that 1 of an item to my cart, i still had to go in and change the quantities to match what I had originally entered.

I have spent 45 minutes+ going from field to field trying to place an order. I have been your customer for 10 years or so. This is the worst experience on your website I have ever had.

Same as before -- returning customer, everything is fine, as expected. Three boxes from three locations, arriving at slightly different times, but all fine.

O/A 5/13/2020 I purchased a printhead for my Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-2000 printer. Installation of same cured the problem I was experiencing. O/A july 5th I experienced the same error code reported by the printer indicating a print head failure. After call with Canon Live support, I informed ITS of this & requested their instructions for replacing the print head again (it is still in waranty. I have not had any reply from ITS.

Confusing process ordering. And, when receiving an email from UPS saying I had an order on the way, the vendor name I was receiving the package from was totally unfamiliar to me and was not ITSupplies. Instead it was UNITED STATIONERS. I didn't know whether to receive the package or not.

I do not like that when I receive my one order on many different dates from many different places. One ink cartridge in such a BIG Box. I like that you carry my ink & paper products that I need for my printer & GREAT SERVICE!

IT Supplies has been consistently my go to for printers and supplies. Product info is accurate and up to date. I can shop with confidence with IT Supplies.

I tried to make the same order 3 times before it went through.
I had to fill out the payment form 3 times. All were identical and then it finally went through.
