Excellent with one big exception: searched for epson ink for Surecolor P800. Your site gave me scores of matches which were all misses! I had to go to a competitor of yours, to find a T850 Ultrachrome designator to locate on your site! Correct this? TY Joe

Found what I wanted easily. However the actual shopping card process was tedious as I had to reset my password and spend a lot of time with the account part of ordering

I just bought a different Epson Legacy paper -- Platine 13X19 and 8.5X11. I had a hard time finding it. In the search, putting in Epson Legacy Paper didn't work, neither did Platine... Only when searched with the single term "Legacy" did I find it. I'm not sure how your search engine works, and I couldn't believe you didn't carry it. I almost went somewhere else. (Fortunately, I did find it!)

Shipping time has been excellent for years, with next day or second day delivery, we'll see if it changes with the addition of the other companies. Bigger isn't always better.

Clicking on purchase to add to cart required several tries.Clunky! Also did not know tax amount till I clicked complete order.
After talking to a customer service person I received the help I needed.

The best thing I can say is that. I once accidently double ordered, someone called me right away to confirm. They were able to stop the second order. Thanks.

Looks the amount ordered has gone up to qualify for free shipping. Hmmm...

Questioning whether same products are available elsewhere with a lower min umm for free shipping.

Since buying a Canon IPF8400 from Color HQ they have continued to show us great service and expertise. The techs there have helped us with paper and coating issues and directed us to products that have been preforming well.

Everything is great about the website experience EXCEPT when the new site went live I lost the ability to see any past orders - at all - even new orders since the password reset with the new website.

Fyi, I bought a 44" printer from you years ago but bought paper from an operation in New York which regularly arrived damaged and regularly needed to be returned due to slipshod packing; after one of those returns I bought some from you instead and discovered you guys packed my paper order much more carefully; I've been buying from you ever since and have never had a problem.
