It was a fantastic experience that I assume would have been 5 stars had I actually used the product. I gave it 4 stars because of ease of use and fantastic shipping. If I could include the use of product I would have hopefully been 5 stars. I HAVE NOT USED PRODUCT YET
I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.
Quick and easy, it's so much easier dealing with Epson via IT Supplies, Epson makes great printers, but they just don't have a face, or ever get back to me. ITs Customer Service is thorough.
I ordered five different colored inks. Each color arrived separately causing me a lot of delay in my photography printing. I was very dismayed.

Took me twice the time expected to make a simple purchase; site FORCED me to log in, then would take my password, etc. - big pita, I just wanted a SIMPLE guest paypal transaction, now 30 minutes later...
The system should have a check out as guest option. It forced me to retype my info in several times. It did not like my email or my passwords etc. I have ordered from you before and the service has been good, but for ease of ordering online, this system is not ideal for someone who does not want to keep track of yet another password.
This was my first time ordering anything for our Epson SC6000 plotter. Peggy made it easy and even called me to explain to me that Epson had discontinued the ink I had ordered. She took the time to explain all of that to me and then to send me the correct parts #'s for all of the ink.
The website is not remembering my password. Everytime I try to login I have to reset it. Frustrating.
I despise using the website. If it were humanly possible I doubt without considerable effort one could make it more difficult to use. The poor customer service people, all they can do is apologize. That is why it is useless to contact me for followup. The day you stop carrying Simply Elegant is the last day I will buy my supplies here.
Seems I had to do everything twice. You won't accept my existing Atlex PW. I tried sending you an email & it could not be sent...some error. My email works fine everywhere else

Your shipping fee of $10. for two cartridges of ink is beyond ridiculous. Cut the greed factor and contribute to the goodwill of your customers.
shopping was fine but checking out was complicated. I didn't remember my password so I was forced through a password reset process and then the site didn't seem to like my use of Paypal as a payment method, so I had to back out of that and then select it again. Lots of online stores do this but requiring customers to sign in to an account before placing orders makes it more complicated than it needs to be and it makes me wonder why I'm working so hard to give you my money. Make it easier.
You folks make it very easy. I've ordered paper from a HUGE retailer (the size of a large river in South America) and have had the corners dented--ruining the paper. Your merchandise has always come well protected and I've never had to return any items. Often, my products come in just a couple of days even when ordering by land carrier. Keep up the good work! DRT
I purchased a sublimation printer from It Supplies. I have no prior experience nor expertise in the realm of sublimation, but I purchased this printer with the intent to take my business to a new level. Deonna and Amber are amazing. Deonna reached out to me to inquire if I actually was versed in sublimation which was a total surprise to me given the fact that most companies are not overly concerned if your versed or not in and with the merchandise your purchasing. Deonna was very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, pleasant and extremely thorough. She referred me to Amber who is a print specialist and assured me that Amber would be extremely helpful to me regarding anything relating to sublimation. Amber is amazing, she answered all of my emails and answered and addressed all of my questions, concerns and even explained things in great detail which gave me the clarification that I needed. Amber was extremely patient with me being I'm by no means tech savvy, very knowledgeable regarding some of the hang ups that I encountered with sublimation and extremely courteous and helpful. I'm happy that I choose IT Supplies to purchase my sublimation printer from and I will definitely make additional purchases from It Supplies because their customer service is everything and customer service is everything to me. Deonna and Amber are the best. Don't delay order from It Supllies you won't regret it!

Site wouldn't recognize existing User and password. Asked for password reset - got stuck in a loop. Gave up after multiple tries. Picked a different email. Don't know why I couldn't just use my PayPal (which has an email). Frustrating! Two Stars Only!
