Bought two pieces of jewelry. When received, looked totally different in person. I reached out to return the items since they have no phone number on their site. Sent an email and it found it extremely odd that the only time they returned emails was in the middle of the night. Asked for a refund and how to send items back. They asked me to think about because items were worth less than $20 and i had to pay shipping to return. Said they would give me something free for keeping items. Responded back very nicely that I still wanted a refund and 2nd response from them was asking me to rethink it. Now I'm pissed. Tell them i just want a refund then they agree to refund but first i need to send them pics of the items to make sure they still have tags attached. WTF! I do and now here we are on day 4 of still waiting to get info on how to return items. DO NO BUY FROM THEM. They are Hong Kong, that is where my items were shipped from.
This will be the second time I will be ordering from italojewelry, you guys are fantastic and never disappointing with your products. The ring and necklace i purchased are just too perfect and befitting on me. Good customer relationship and excellent timely delivery of their service is top-notch, Italojewelry is worthy to be recommended to friends and families. I will patronized again.

I purchased this ring 05/19/2021 to propose to my wife. It was everything I wanted and she loved it. She showed me the ring Sunday and it's already turning Brown. When I reached out to CS, I was told that that was normal, and that I should just exchange the ring. Which I was happy to do, but was told that I had to pay the $20 shipping although the ring is clearly defective or a fake. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I needed to wait 7 hours to speak to one due to being in Hong Kong. At this point, I wanted a return, but still was told that I needed to pay to return it. Obviously this company is a sham and I would suggest if you're thinking about ordering DON'T.

Buyer beware. I ordered my rings several weeks ago and paid extra for 2 day shipping. I have not received my rings and am unable to get any answers from Italio Customer Service. I have left messages and sent emails. The only response I get is via email that says, be patient, your rings will be there in 2 days. Still no rings. Save your money and buy from a reputable jeweler.

I purchased a ring in December of last year. The ring was the wrong size and was returned January 13th as instructed by Italo and they would send the correct size. I have called them and emailed endlessly with no response. This is very disappointing as the ring that arrived was beautiful and I would like it replaced with the correct size. My initial interaction about the return was positive however it is now 5 months later and no response or replacement.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings and one would not close shut. I submitted request numerous times for a replacement for a pair that would close shut. These are brand new earrings in the box still. They have refused to send me a tracking order to replace the earrings. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not sand by there return policy. I should have known anything out of the USA I should have known better.
I ordered jewelry from the site approximately 3 1/2 weeks ago. Paid for expedited shipping and never received my item. I have contacted them through PayPal and through their own customer service and I've gotten the runaround for the last 3 1/2 weeks. They keep saying 2 to 7 more days 2 to 7 more days but still nothing. Their customer service department is a joke and now I have to file fraud with my bank because Italio sent me an email stating that I had to close my case with PayPal in order to receive my product. PayPal then told me that was the biggest mistake I could've made and that this represents fraud. So now I have to file fraud with my bank. Do not buy from this company.
I purchased a ring from them, wore it maybe 3 times and a stone fell out. When I contacted then, I was told I needed to send them $45 (great racket, sell cheap jewelry and when it breaks hit people up for more money). I said, NO keep your cheap junk. I was then offered a new item in the same price range (something that should have been done to begin with). Well, of course, the new item never arrives, because they never sent it out.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are located in CHINA, which you won't find out until your item actually arrives! Buy American!
