There is nothing I dont like about the ring.
I have owned it now for a while and wear it almost every day.
It shines and sparkles like the real deal.
I have not got caught with it, in anything as others have reported.
I mostly wear it by itself.
I have an allergy against silver and my fingers turn usally green, not with this one.
The delivery was quick and it was very well packed.
I recomend this ring to anyone and would definitely buy from this seller and company again.

Three rings were purchased. The main ring had two stones missing. I emailed customer service within five minutes of receiving the items. The emailed back within 24 hours. However, since I told them I wanted a refund and not a new item, they stopped responding. Just filed a claim with paypal. Wish we would have read the reviews first. Thought we were getting a piece of handcrafted jewelry, but received a piece of junk from Hong Kong. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

HORRIBLE!

I placed an irder 4 months ago and STILL HAVE NOT received it.

Their customer service department keeps saying I will get it soon. I asked for a refund, they wont give me one.

Dont waste your money. ZERO stars.

I ordered a ring for my daughter last year. Since then, there is no change in the color of the ring. The ring is as much prettier and beautiful as it was a year ago. Tennis Necklace

I ordered a tennis necklace and am very happy with it. It arrived quickly and it is stunning. Very sparkly and is very sturdy so it shouldn't break. I did have trouble opening the clasp so the company sent me a video on how to do it. No problem now. This is the first item I have bought from them so I can only speak to this, but you should be fine if you decide to purchase something.

It's so beautiful in person! I was worried the ring would look flat and I wouldn't get the flashes of the blue design but it turned out to be great. I think the pictures didn't justify the true beauty and physical appearance of the ring. Everything looks pretty cool and I would probably recommend it!

Stay away. Worst customer service ever. I paid for expedited shipping and when I noticed the ring hadn't been shipped I reached out and only then they shipped it. It arrived AFTER it was supposed to (Valentines) because they didn't ship it on time. When I wanted to return it they emailed me back and forth 14 times refusing to give me a return address and instead offering to exchange it or credit me back $20. Finally I was able to return it and they only refunded the cost of the ring not the original expedited shipping nor the cost to ship it back to them. Lost $30.

Rip Off

The website does not state that the items are made in China or shipped from China. Then you find out once it has been shipped that it is coming from China. I order 1/5/2019 and my jewelry is still in China. I have emailed after a week and have been advised to be patient. Now I am outside of the 30 day window and have sent numerous emails wtih no response. I have now sent a lost order and left an email. I guess I will need to contact my credit company to try to get a response. This is ridiculous and too much money for a junk product or to not have received. I doubt I will get a response. I keep tracking everyday and it still shows it is in China. Buyers beware.

Do Not Use

Returned wrong size ring, KLU received this on 1/28/19, now 2/8/19. No credit back on card. This is just some small (no phone talk for you) web company that ships stuff from China. Have zero inventory I guess. Stick with a known business with no bad ratings.
When a company will not return calls, emails make no sense, no RMA numbers, that equals "DO NOT USE".

This is my 2nd ring from Italo Jewelry, just same exact one I bought earlier. The first one was damaged due to my recklessness and I loved it soo much. That's why I bought this second one as a replacement & it looks even better. I think this is a nice place for quality jewelries. Highly recommend!

I received what I thought was a good quality ring for a good price for my bf, within a week the gems started falling out. I emailed Italo customer service about it. They gladly mailed me a free replacement. To my surprise, the ring was nothing like the original it was a even cheaper knockoff. The gems of the replacement fell out as well and the ring was not the same cut or shape as the original. To think this site couldn't get any worse, when I emailed them about the whole ordeal they wanted me to pay a shipping fee for ANOTHER replacement. I proudly denied. Moral of the story, a good ring is worth a lot more than this china manufactured bull$#*!.

DO NOT SEND THEM A DIME OF YOUR MONEY! If you get your jewelry, and that's a big IF, God help you if you have to return it for ANY reason! They'll get your money, and you'll never hear from them again. Poof! They're gone! The entire company just stops working. And I'm being quite literal. The website, nothing works except the part where you order and they get your money. You cannot reach them in any way. The phones, they don't work either. All you get is voicemail pickup. Don't expect a call back. Oh, and don't bother to email either, they won't respond to it. Just do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to deal with.

Absolute bliss

I got a wedding jewelry set from Italo, initialy was skeptical as I wasn't aware of the brand, but one of my friend suggested that Italo has some pretty gorgeous collections of wedding sets. Now, i just can't thank her enough for this amazing suggestion. They have done amazing job with their collections of rings and specialy wedding sets. My wife has fallen in love with me even more after this purchase. Definitely a must buy from Italo!

False advertisement
February 19, 2021

I ordered my ring, and paid extra to have it delivered in 2 business days. They sent me an email stating my order was ready, and shipped. I got an email the next day stating my order would be here in 2 WEEKS! When I emailed the company, they said it takes 7-15 days to process order, and 2 days from when it was shipped, and proceeded to give me a tracking number. I told them my order had been shipped, "why is it taking 2 weeks to get here". The answer was COVID. I get that I do... so then don't offer, and take, a fee to have the order expedited! I said I understood, but could I please have a refund of the fee I paid to have it delivered in 2 business days... NOTHING!

I received my ring from Italo Jewelry after 4 weeks- at that point it was too late as it was a gift. I requested a return and they kept offering me gifts and discounts if I woujd keep the item or exchange it. I said that I wanted a refund and they gave me explicit instructions to return it. I did - they received it and Have not refunded my money nor do they answer my emails.

I received a ring in November 2022 and 2 weeks later more than half the stones fell out. I emailed a video of the defective ring and asked for my money back and they offered to send me a replacement ring which I accepted and received at the end of December... then 2 weeks later 2 stones fell out. I emailed videos of both defective rings and asked for my money back as I cant wear them. They offered to replace the ring again...a third ring!... to which I said no, I wanted my money back. They told me to mail both rings to them, in China, and that I had to pay for return shipping. I couldn't believe they had the audacity to ask me to pay for shipping after sending me 2 defective rings! And of course they will not reimburse me for the return shipping. I will never buy from Italo again.
