I was charged and never received a ring/gift I purchased for my wife for Christmas. Italo said it was shipped on December 15,2018 and still have not received it. Im very disappointed and so is she that she didn't receive her Christmas gift.

I purchased 3 rings in total. One of the ring is so bulky that I simply can't wear it. So I write e mail to italojewery and one one response back to me. I keep sent e mail and wait wait. No one reply back to me after 5 days. If refund a item is so hassle, I guess I will never order from this company again.

I have been on several online stores trying to get my friend a quality necklace this Christmas, but most of them didn't meet my expectation. I got to know of Italojewelry on Instagram. So, I decide to see what they had to offer and bought two necklaces.

The parcel I received a day ago really amazed me. It's packaging was so appealing that I praised the parcel in first view. When I opened it I found that it contained the necklace that I ordered a week ago for upcoming event. My expectations about the timely delivery of the necklace was not sky high but receiving the parcel in time made me glad. The design of the necklace is also very stunning and the diatoms attached to it are very appealing. It arrived after 34 days. The set is amazingly beautiful but the sizing is way off. I ordered 9 1/4 and it is a size 8; too big for the little finger and too small the rest of the fingers. My husbands ring fits, size 14..

I purchased 2 rings from them last 12/23. I had them mailed to where I would be for the holidays, took 2 months 2 get when I got them my niece showed them to me on FaceTime time and they were so cheaply made. They then asked I send it to a different address threatening needed to do so within 7 days of receiving it, since I live in another city my niece sent it back to the address where shipped from in the beginning, (they requested an address in New Jersey that was not a business) now they say never received the merchandise and I do not have a refund, I will constantly be writing bad reviews on these SCAMMERS!

I was dumb enough to buy a ring from them, the ring came from China as the company is based in China. It was nothing like the picture, it was ugly and fake looking. I asked for a refund, I sent the ring back, but they refuse to give me my money back. Now I have to report it to my credit card company hoping they can help me.

I purchased three pieces of jewelry back on 2/18. It has been over three months and still haven't seen the product. I have now 22 emails going back and forth with them and they refuse to provide me a refund. They keep telling me I have to wait for the product! It's been 3 months! I have never received it. I have never been so frustrated with a company. This company is nothing more than a scam.
I read many negative reviews online before ordering from Italo. I order this ring on 9/18/18 and received it on 9/29/18. The attention to detail is exquisite. I was very impressed with how quickly it was shipped to me and how amazing the quality is for the amount I paid for it. I would definitely buy from Italo again.
