I have been writing them every day for the past 3 months for them to replace the ring I purchased for my wife and I Anniversary. They have been ignoring my emails then at the 3 month mark they tell me I cannot get my money back for a ring they sent me that was broken. I sent pictures detailed ones at that. To show them that the ring came broken. I sent them my order receipts as well. They have been telling me the replacement has been in transit for 2 1/2 months now. I will make sure that everyone know that they don't put customers first after they take your money. $200.00 down the drain in this time of havoc and chaos. All I wanted to do was make sure our Anniversary was a great one even during Quarantine.

DO NOT BUY! These reviews are all fake! You can tell by the broken English and the stuff they say "not a scam, fast service" all lies. The shipping is not fast, they are based in China. Plus, the rings are fake! They claim they sell sterling silver and the ring I purchased is not real sterling silver. I took it to two jewelers who confirmed this. I tried getting my money back and they refuse to give it back. They keep offering me an exchange to stall time. NO I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Now I have to fight this case with PayPal cause this company is a fraud. They promise you 30 day money back guarantee but it's fake. All they do is offer "alternatives" and want to exchange the ring and will not give you your money back. Trust me, go buy from a better company like Brilliant earth or some other company.

You can't track your item until it gets in the United States so you really don't know if it's a scam or not until it's being delivered. Their customer service sucks I have texted their Facebook which is what they said is the fastest as far as response time but the damn message didn't even deliver I've sent numerous emails to them regarding the 30 day return policy which is almost up in 2 weeks and I have got no response. You can't even sent the ring back until they confirm that you're even allowed to send it and tell you how to ship it back. Then you have to pay a fee just to ship it back to them even if you paid the first time for fast shipping I wouldn't recommend this site if you're unsure of the ring size because at this point I have waste money and I am very upset!

If I could rate you 0, I woud! I do not know how this company stays in business. They are refusing my refund and it is within the 30 days. They have horrible customer service skills and they truly do not care about their customers regardless of others reviews. Of course if you love what they provide, then you do not have to speak to them on the phone but if you would like to return something, they completely shun you and do not want anything to do with you. Horrible service,. This business will flop in the coming of years.

Feeling glad to get the product i ordered. The service provided by the business is highly appreciable as i got the ring in a few days. The material of the ring is very pure and i am pleased that i selected this site for buying my jewelry items. It looked more stunning than in the picture. My experience from buying this site has been so amazing that i planned to buy more item and i ordered today. Shopping for the ring and diamond was intuitive. Once I made my selection from here I was really happy with the product I received. Loved the experience and education that was provided. I love how my ring sparkles and feels. The ring and setting were perfect and they were even able to accommodate my shorter deadline. I could not be more appreciative. The setting is beautiful, the stones look great and it has some nice weight to it as well. All in all the experience was great with no issues. I will say that the box it comes in, not the ring box but the actual box that holds everything including the paperwork, is well designed. I could not imagine going anywhere else to purchase jewelry and would recommend italo jewelry.

This company never indicate on their page that the merchandise come from China. They indicate you can return it any item on the first 30 days but how you can return something to the other side of the world. I paid a $159 for a ring and be waiting for a few weeks and nothing yet. When you pay this type a money for a ring you expect to receive in a reasonable time. Also, they send you a tracking number but can't get any track info from that number. Don't buy from this people.
