Purchased Excel Repair Genius and it didn't work at all. Support failed to provide any solution and refused to fulfill the 30-day moneyback guarantee. Total scam.

Edit: after leaving this review they contacted me with a screenshot showing they somehow managed to recovery at least part of my data. They agreed to send me the recovered file once I deleted the negative review, so now we can add extortion to the list. Of course they didn't accept to refund me.

Edit 2: a month later I got another email threatening to spread away my data, I don't know what do they want in exchange.

I am a manager of an apartment complex and need into the computer before the 1st to collect rent.

Nobody advise it don't work with Bitlocker. Service is very poor, and answers once per night (probably time change issue). So I was 5 days with them having one contact per day. Finally it didn't work. I asked my refund as per they promise of 30 days trial, but they refuse with silly excuses.

I purchased a Bitlocker recovery software with a 30-day money back guarantee from this merchant. The software did not function at all, and I had to seek other methods to recover my data. After requesting a refund per the 30-day refund policy, the merchant responded by offering to help and asking for error codes etc, which I declined because by that time I already had to use a different product to recover data. The merchant then stopped responding. I have no choice but to charge back with credit card company.

I found my old computer in the corner and then when I tried to access it I realized that the password was long forgotten. After spending a lot of time trying "Tips" shared on Google, and all failed. Finally, iSunshare's Windows Password Genius helped me to remove my old password within half an hour. I am so thankful to their team!

I contact support because the purchased product didn't identify Microsoft windows Server 2012 OS/users. After that support provide me with a link to another product used for partitioned OS ( OS on non standard partition) and solve my problem to reset Administration password.

I have a windows 10 asus laptop that is now allowing login to windows. I purchased and ran the reset of the password with the software and I see it should have been set to new password, then reboots later that the new password worked. So I'm in now. I will have to test it a bit but wanted to pass along that update. Thank you offer this software.

You can't get a refund without going through a lengthy process over email with tech support (whose English isn't great) first to solve the problem.
So if you happen to be in my boat where you couldn't take screenshots and you try everything they recommend but the application doesn't work, you're still out the money you spent on it and you've wasted time trying to get a refund.
Also, I wouldn't recommend their Bitlocker Genius product for Mac at all. I spent more than an hour troubleshooting and following their instructions to make it work, including downloading more software, and it still did absolutely nothing.

I downloaded the software, installed it, and followed the instructions to burn it onto a USB thumb drive.
I went over to the Dell PC that I needed to remove or change the passwords for and I changed the boot sequence to look at a USB Drive.
I also needed to burn it to a CD for it to work.
It was an older Dell PC.

I ordered the Bitlocker Reader Genius from your website.
I downloaded the Bitlocker Genius package but when I try to unlock my USB key with the software, it is work and very simple.

On 99% of the password protected PowerPoint files I used it on, it's an instant unlock. On the odd file that it didn't work on, I sent the file to text support and they sent me a password back IMMEDIATELY. I really can't say enough about how well this has worked for me and a VERY responsive support staff makes it that much better. Get this software, you'll be glad you did.

It works great, I used it a few times. It can be a little technical for a person who doesn't work on computers, because you need to know some terms like BIOS and UEFI.

Its USB encryption software named SafeUSB Genius is easy to use. I added the password to protect my USB and my classmates took the USB. He said why my USB is empty? HAHAHA, all data is invisible after encryption. Good ideas. Thanks!

Thank you for the extremely quick support initially on this issue. This new version of the software you had me download. The boot disk was created correctly and the server booted on WindowsPE, then the message on the window said that there were windows systems found. It is see the raid 1 boot drive. I double checked that the 2 disked I have created are in fact different so I know I've done everything correctly so far.

This computer is an off-the-shelf Dell PowerEdge T320 running Windows Server 2008 R2 and using a Dell PERC S110 raid controller. The server OS boots fine but I don't have access to the original OS distribution disks to do a rebuild so I need to get the administrator password. Then use iSunshare Windows Password Genius raid version remove the password.
