JustPlay is my go to App. Customer service has always helped me out in any situation that ran into I can't think of a bad thing to say about them. They keep offers as fresh as possible.One thing is true play multiple games. I've made around $750 in 6 months so I can screenshot proof if there's a review that states other wise. A+ gaming app.

I started using the App a little over a month ago and it's been great especially getting rewards for the games and how much I'm on the road and travel. I was really impressed today after one of the rewards I completed didn't after one of the rewards I completed didn't award me I put in a ticket and it was fixed in under 24 hours! The response time is absolutely great for an app like this and I'm very impressed.

Started a offer to gain gems for my favorite game. After finishing the tasks i didn't get the gems. Wrote 1 E-Mail with screenshots, they have proofed that i full field all task within all terms. Took 1 day and i received it all. Thanks for help! Definitely will do it again when another good offer shows up.

The platform itself is okay and is worth the download. HOWEVER, when you need to dispute missing rewards it takes 2 weeks to get any acknowledgment that it was looked into; another week for them to tell you it was denied; yet another week to send them screenshots (which were sent in the original email now a month ago); and then, finally 2 weeks later a resolution. Sometimes positive, sometimes still negative. It's not the outcome, it's how long it takes.

Great app. I believe wining money off it is like a lottery... fun game even without money. Instantly gives you earned in-game rewards.

I hesitate to complain about much, never wanting to be a bother, especially around the year-end holidays, but the process was easy, painless, and mostly automated. The resolution was quick and positive - they want to come through on what they promised, and they act quickly when they find out something has gone wrong to correct things. Will not hesitate to contact support if this happens again :)

Had a delay on some rewards being applied to my account, so I sent them two screenshots where you could see the completion progress and rewards still pending. After a quick confirmation email, the issue was resolved almost immediately, no hassle at all. Thanks

They offerwall is perfect for me, first off. I wasn't really expecting such a prompt response because it's 10:20pm at night. I sent my screen shot to them confirming that I completed the offer and verified my email that it was me sending my help ticket. Not even 15 minutes went by before they responded letting me know I gotten my credits. Thank you all so much, really appreciate it! You all helped me through really rough December. I'm a Swagbucks user and use Iron source's offer wall to earn bonus SB via the Swabucks live app. I had an offer completion issue, it was regarding a app usage time and I had achieved it, but the offer was still pending despite that. I sent it my query with evidence and it was resolved within the hour. I'm 100% satisfied with their support.

The credit of the coins for finishing my mission in a game was inicially denied, without any justification.
I sent a print screen with the prove and the coins were still denied, not giving me a particular reason, but instead only showing a list of possibilities.
Finally, for my surprise, they review the situation and the credit was made

I'm so happy to be dealing with a company that actually is true to their word. Customer service is the bomb actually responds within hour. Truly enjoy playing and earning extra money daily.

I use my WiFi so the data doesn't calculate. I sent screenshot they gave points. Within 48 hours fast and very easy.

Over all a great app. Was a little slow getting my reward but i did receive it. It took about an hour. Most of the time its within minutes. Will definitely recommend this game to others.

This Earning platform is simple and easy to earn credit but what I love is their support team, they answer your questions right away and find a solution to your problem, their also really polite and helpful. After I contacted them about a technical problem they nicely gave me diamonds for trying to complete the task.

I played one of their games thru Swagbucks (word crush) but it didn't credit automatically, so I asked support. At first, they said no, even with my screenshots as proof! But I asked again and then waited patiently for too long, maybe 3 weeks! But without my having to ask again, I got an email saying they approved it and it was paid. Which I appreciated. And the game was fun. Thanks.

I don't really know how other games might work but for Dragon City it sure works excellent. It takes as little as 2 hours to a day to receive your reward. And if you think the service is slow, BE PATIENT MF, since you aren't the only one asking for help. Other than that I really love this app, and so does Walter White. Ji Ji Ji Ja.

Iron Source provides support for the rewards program I'm a part of for my call provider. I had a snafu with one of the apps installed wouldn't register on my carriers app for the rewards, so I sent a request to check. Prompt response as I provided a screenshot to make it easier. Received my rewards without issue. Thanks! I look forward to working with you on more offers, its great for my phone bill.

If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would. Justplay is the best money making APP bar-none and I will die on that ledge. I reported missing coins this morning and by the end of the day I got a response and my coins. Not only that they INSTANTLY cash out your money to Paypal and I just love them. They beat out ALL the competition easily. Thank you Justplay for the amazing games, time and experience.

Total SCAM, they do not give the rewards and they answer the emails with generic bull$#*!, bot style, without reading a single word of what you have written, probably bots, not even humans.
Still waiting for a reward for Pro11 worth around €25, this is how cheap they are...

After almost a month complaining I got my rewards, two days after I wrote this review... Still I consider their customer support quite bad, but at least they gave me the rewards

I just want to say that I didn't get the rewards for completion and when I reached out to customer service they were very pleasant and helpful. They had my rewards corrected and adjusted. Honestly customer service is everything! I appreciate your staff at iron wall! Thank you!
