Problem Solved

I recently downloaded an app through another app to try for tokens in a game. Coin Dozer is the name of the app. After emailing the makers of coun dozer and getting an email back it said they would check out my complaint and get back with me within 3 days. Well I was very happily surprised to say the least when after only 3 hours not days, they not only had resolved the problem but had the issue fixed and they emailed me to stay in touch. All apps that are up and coming could take a lesson from this said developer. These days it's hard to get a response back, but the developers are 10+ stars out of 10. Thank you!

Great Customer Service

I was more than happy to leave this review when invited to do so. I had an issue with my account, I was not credited for an offer I did. I waited, hoping there was a delay. Unfortunately, an hour later the problem was still there. I sighed as i imagined having to send an email to support. The headache of having to explain and then wait for response. I was pleasantly suprised to get the automatic email acknowledging my ticket and then the response. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Got quick results. It is refreshing in this day and age to come across a customer service or support department that actually makes you feel they are listening to your concerns. So you can he relieved if you have to send in that support ticket. You're in good hands.

I have passed all requested levels they have asked but they didn't reward me even after I wrote to them and they still haven't given me all the rewards I earned. I got rejected for one of the rewards, one is still pending. Why is this happening and why put this in the offer section if you guys not going to reward your customers?

Quickly fixed an error

I started using the App a little over a month ago and it's been great especially getting rewards for the games and how much I'm on the road and travel. I was really impressed today after one of the rewards I completed didn't after one of the rewards I completed didn't award me I put in a ticket and it was fixed in under 24 hours! The response time is absolutely great for an app like this and I'm very impressed.

I had a problem installing one of the games that earns you extra gems, thought I had worked out the problem only to find out after completing the task to earn the extra gems found that the app didn't install.
So I contacted support they went in to my account and fixed the problem and awarded me the gems I had earned with 24 hours. I was actually surprise I even got a response, but to have everything fixed and credited. Way to go support team. Two thumbs up from me for sure.

Ignored my ticket.

Wrote in my ticket that I had followed the steps, which includes restarting app. I'm told to restart my app. No surprise, it doesnt work. Then I'm asked to rate my positive experience without having checked if my issue has been solved. What a joke.

I distrust this company.

I was denied compensation for the two games I played and sent e-mails several times for inquiries, but they are not even checking my e-mails. I played games to pay for the offer wall compensation, completed all the missions, and sent them an e-mail with all the materials proving it, but there was no answer, and they have not responded to the e-mail for 10 days.

So far so good..

So far I've cashed out 140+ in a couple months and it honestly hasn't taken as much time as I've spent on some other apps for half or less the rewards in the same amount of time accrued overall. And the payouts to PayPal... They are by far the fastest, exactly what the users hope for in terms of speed of payout. In the same minute I cash out I have a PayPal notification and email I e received a deposit. One thing that needs work is the earned coins or points on occasion on the offer wall a reward doesn't pay out, I had one big one that I'm still trying to sort out for a few weeks now. But everything else is gold. Support has helped me out on more then one occasion and solved the issues promptly. Happy so far, would be thrilled if I could get that one reward honored I completed. But they are by far the best overall reward gaming app I've played.

Quick and efficient!

Not even an hr passes from the time I placed the inquiry to the time the approved it, and sent the reward! I sent two photos of evidence and the turn around was actually much quicker than the emails show. But cheers support team!

I contacted customer support because the app I used, Just Play, hadn't issued my grand prize coins. :( I was able to easily contact customer service, AND get a reply and update in a timely manner! Total SCAM, they do not give the rewards and they answer the emails with generic bull$#*!, bot style, without reading a single word of what you have written, probably bots, not even humans.
Still waiting for a reward for Pro11 worth around €25, this is how cheap they are...

After almost a month complaining I got my rewards, two days after I wrote this review... Still I consider their customer support quite bad, but at least they gave me the rewards

Hinest and reliable

They are the first corporation to honor what they advertise with no surprise hidden lines or lil thing they left out to make it sound more appealing in the end. I got to many times for completed offer no credits and i cant do anything about it im keeping to report issues and they are just ignoring it so i dont have energy to fight with them. I wont post any pictures cause they become irrelevant and so they dont have time to fix my problems i wont spent it by proving their mistakes

I'm a Swagbucks user and use Iron source's offer wall to earn bonus SB via the Swabucks live app. I had an offer completion issue, it was regarding a app usage time and I had achieved it, but the offer was still pending despite that. I sent it my query with evidence and it was resolved within the hour. I'm 100% satisfied with their support.

You download the game that you want to play, do the instructions that it says to do and you WILL get the gold that you want. If you don't get it then you can email them, that is what I did and it worked. Got my gold within 5 hours. Good deal
