This enterprise is scamming people into completing offers they are not willing to honor. For two different offers (Township and Stars Slots) I have sent multiple screenshots proving that all conditions of the offers have been met. They did not even bother to reply to my emails. Do not attempt to complete any offers through them, you will lose your time and money! You have been warned.
However the customer service help get me my rewards and even with a little bit complications I was able to speak to there customer and they figure a solution for me... fairly fast in comparison

For over a month I tried to get my reward with no success. I wrote emails every other day with no answer. When I get an answer it was like automatic reply telling me to provide information that I've already provided... Finally after all this crap I got my reward for game that I didn't even completed. Won't complain, because the reward is bigger. But this company is $#*!ed af...
With a lot of these companies, you make a complaint show your proof and they still ignore you, or make it difficult, But not this one. My problem was quickly resolved with no hassle. Thank you all so much.
When I contacted, for an o line app company I'll be honest, I expected to wait days for a reply. However, I was replied to within an hour of raising my query, and it was resolved within the day. Brilliant service!
The platform itself is okay and is worth the download. HOWEVER, when you need to dispute missing rewards it takes 2 weeks to get any acknowledgment that it was looked into; another week for them to tell you it was denied; yet another week to send them screenshots (which were sent in the original email now a month ago); and then, finally 2 weeks later a resolution. Sometimes positive, sometimes still negative. It's not the outcome, it's how long it takes.
I had previously an issue with a game app which promised me an amount of points for an offer I've completed but it didn't. So I decided to send a ticket, reading that it could've taken max 3 business days for them to solve it. Sad and annoyed I decided so to wait. But in just a few couple of hours they already solved it and gave me back my points! I'm really thankful for the support, it just made my day.
Initially I did not receive points in the Just Play app, for taking the hair quiz. A simple email to customer support solved my problem quicker than I thought it would. I first received an email saying it would be sometime between today and three days I would get another one with the solution. About 20 minutes later I received a notification that I had received my points on the just play app. Grateful for the prompt and thorough services! :)

As I understand it they back up different gaming sites and apps and the one that I played just play they do the rewards and notify me whether tickets are proved or not and he actually can make money on just play. So this company backs good ppl.
I had contacted the offer wall support team due to an issue with receiving my rewards. No longer than two minutes later, they had responded, given me the reward, and resolved the issue. Overall, I am very satisfied with the competence of the support system.

You do not believe your users, and despite the fact that he says with reason and evidence that he made the offer, but you say that the advertiser must approve. Maybe the advertiser is a thief and he will not approve, then you help them to achieve their wishes!

I was completing the offer that had four rewards: the first reward was to reach level 50, the second level was 100, the third level was 250 and the fourth level was 500. I am now level 257, I received the first and third rewards but did not give the second one. The supplier has not approved! Is it possible? Well, ask them why they do not approve, why should we lie when there is evidence and reason.
Really ridiculous, and more ridiculous ozone your support for them.
This was simply one of the best experiences I have had with any of the companies behind app offer walls. They support team responded promptly, with a kind demeanor. Often times support from these applications approach as though it is an inconvenience to inquire about your reward. I will without question continue to use this service and will recommend to others..

Their subsidiary, Supersonic Ads, on repeated occasions denied payment to their sponsors' clients upon completion of offerwall transactions, even after comprehensive evidence was provided of such.
I personally invested substantial and irrecoverable time and money participating in their advertised offers and was not given the due compensation. This was a clear breach of contract and they evaded all attempts to seek a resolution.
If you are a game developer, DO NOT trust this company to advertise for you. You will lose business.
The gem rewards here are the highest I've seen anywhere, usually the higher payouts require you to make cash purchase, but not this one. I just completed one for almost 3k gems on my game and it only took a few days to complete. A couple of the rewards didn't come through but I submitted a ticket, without evidence, and both tickets were successfully rewarded to me within a few hours. Totally trustworthy, amazing deals and no need to spend a penny.
I played another game and reached lvl. 8 to get free emeralds. When it was done, the game do not realise, that my work is done. The next day, i write an email to the support-team with a hardcopy from the other game (at lvl. 8). In 2 hours my problem was solved and in the game i received my reward.
