This is the first time I've had an issue with rewards not being credited. After contacting support and providing the required photos for proof of offer completion, they resolved the problem within an hour! Customer service is definitely on point. I suspect some of the negative reviewers did not check their junk mail.
Their customer care policy had been worst but now there seem some new light. Earlier they rejected all my ticket and even their automatic reply was of rejection even after submitting proof. I used to play hero wars and did in game task there. One task was in progress and after completion, it got blocked but they never helped me. This is the first time I got help in over a year and first time saw the link to site for writting review. Hope they can maintain good customer care policy like this time and not start repeating what they earlier used to do.
I had not received coins from two games so figured the next day it would fix itself didn't. So was like oh no the company is going to say I screwed up and never had the points like all other apps... After submitting my missing coins 15 mins later I received them. Never seen this kind of customer service before in my 30+ years
I have complete a task to earn some points but after 3 hours there was still no points in my account. Contacted the support and they fixed it within an hour. Please make sure that you read carefully the task guidelines and if you do everything right they will give your points for sure.

Ironsource also Tapjoy is a scam and they have the worst customer service ever. Well they are in San Francisco which should tell you a lot. I used their services fir another game and never got what they promised. I am now in contact with them for months and after a certain amount of answers which all just excuses, I get a standard answer (already 3 times) that it is out of Manuel's hands and they appreciate and value... blah blah but they have to check it now with management. So do not spend any money on Tapjoy! Do not do it. You will waste your money and your time. In case someone is interested, I took screenshots of literally everything. They even denied that they support "Klondike Adventures" in one of the emails. Well I also have the screenshot to prove they still have it in. It is fraud! They pretend and promise something when you do a certain task and spend money and in return they do not fulfill their end. Don't think they care... but I did my best to warn others.
They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.
What are you talking about, I didn't make the purchase! I can't even play that game, why would I purchase anything when they told me 2 months ago that my Google ad ID is off or something like that and therefore all of my data is instantly deleted!
I asked my 10 y/o nephew if he made a purchase on my account and he won't give me an answer, which makes me think he may have done it.
There were over 20 attempts to log in and my password was reset several times, I still can't get into my email address. I've since put biometrics on for all purchases.
I followed each step and completed my purchase from one of the promotional stores. Never received my in game rewards, so i created a ticket.
Received an email stating that my support ticket was approved and I would see the rewards if I refresh/close the app. Did this several times and still did not receive anything.
I also purchase 3 other different promotional offers and received nothing. Submitted ticket along with proof of purchases and time stamp. Each request was rejected.
Terrible experience and a waste of time and money.
I downloaded an app to receive a reward but didn't receive the rewards however I contacted customer service & after review the rewards were credited to my account! It a was super easy and very quick. Thanks for all your help!
Well, they fooled me. I started a reward task on a new game, got the first reward, and then spent money to get the next reward. All subsequent rewards have been denied... they say that the game hasn't confirmed that I spent money or did the other challenges, and my screen shots carry no weight. I just want them to honour their side of the deal, and to track down an answer from the developer to confirm that I did what was asked of me. Frustrating.
Lots of form letters... they tell me basic things like "make sure it says 'installed' " but I already told them that I did that. I've had the same copy/paste response 3 times in a row.
I would avoid.
Well township is game that may be interesting but the principal of this review is not the gameplay, it is the smoke they put in front of their misleading mirror. To have ads that are click bait is the ultimate slap into anyone's face, as they go to download a fun looking game of strategy, by pulling pins out of a wall where water meets fire or the water drowns the animated character, only to find it has absolutely nothing to do with it, that it's a farm game and there is no pin pulling strategy at all. This is highly a disappointing strategy of the game developer using click bait to get downloads. Yes it works but you have no loyal player base and won't ever do nearly as well as you would advertising correctly, targeting other simulator game users or kids. Absolutely uninstalled and claimed my prize for making an account, contributed to the problem by downloading the game in the first place but at least I can rate and review.
Had a delay on rewards being applied to my account, so I sent them a screenshot where you could see the completion progress and the reward of gold bars were still pending. After a quick confirmation email, the issue was resolved after a couple of hours.

Iron source replied promptly to me stating I never recieved my credits and said it was approved, yet here we are 5 days later and still no credits? I've sent two emails since to support and no reply. So I'm very disappointed
I had an issue where I didn't receive credit for a completed task, and customer service responded quickly to make it right. I have worked with other vendors that were less responsive and helpful, so I deeply appreciate and recommend Iron Source.
I am having an ongoing issue with receiving rewards from objective completion and continue to be rejected with no explanation. I've completed the objectives and did not receive the rewards. I've asked multiple times for support in correcting the issue and have been ignored. There is clearly a major issue with the offer I'm trying to complete and I need answers.
I played one of their games thru Swagbucks (word crush) but it didn't credit automatically, so I asked support. At first, they said no, even with my screenshots as proof! But I asked again and then waited patiently for too long, maybe 3 weeks! But without my having to ask again, I got an email saying they approved it and it was paid. Which I appreciated. And the game was fun. Thanks.
For the past several months I'd have to say Ironsource to doing a great job fixing Award Wall issues.

I didn't receive a cross-game reward, and so I submitted a ticket using the in-game link. I honestly didn't expect to get a response and figured I'm just out of luck, but instead received the reward just an hour so after submitting it. It's nice when something like this doesn't take time out of your day, and it is resolved this easily.
