I really like this app

My offers on 1945 Air Force keep getting approved, but I am not getting awarded anything. I don't know if IronSource is to blame or the game app. But so far IronSource has not been helpful in solving the issue. Will update if that changes.

Good Service :)

I was quite satisfied with the help I received. I didn't have to wait long at all for a response unlike other customer services, where you end up waiting days on end for a response and half the time, the response you finally get, ends up being no help at all. But, this go round the response was quick and easy and my issue was resolved right away. I give two thumbs up :)

IrosSourse often doesn't pay for most difficult and valuable offers. Already created 3 ticket to support with attached proofs of completed offers, but got only one automated reply for each request. After that they just ignor my emails.

Speedy Response Times
November 16, 2021

Popped in a support ticket regarding an ingame reward, was reviewed and resolved within 30mins. Generally do have a good service / quick turn around on any tickets i pop in but this one was certainly the quickest by far.

Support ticket submission (through ironSource) was broken on all platforms. Took over a week to find a working contact email for ironSource, even working with their ad partner (Kongregate) to find it. Took almost another week to get a response, then two more weeks to get my issue corrected.

Genuine review here; ironsrc.com is a load of crap! Unhelpful, take your money and then ignore you. They rip off your users who then direct their anger at you, giving your application business a bad image, and loss of revenue in the long run. My advice, avoid like covid 19.
Just look at the reviews/comments online or on Google play.

I never seen the app like this before. This app is awesome. I recommend everyone to use this app because this app pays out real money. But sometimes there is little bit problem when finishing tasks, like even if you finish the task, it wont show complete. And sometimes the problem occur when you try to payout. But once you send mail to the customer service then they will help you to solve the problem.

My ticket was solved very fast. This is related to a task that upon completion gave me rewards in game. I had completed the task but no reward after 24hs, so I contacted support, and pretty quickly, this was verified and my reward became available. I recommend this service.

In spite of completing the requirements for the promised advertised credits I did not receive them. After submitting a request to have this corrected I received an email confirming that I had been approved to receive the credits but have still not received them. I have rebooted the gaming apps and followed the instructions of the email, and have still not received the credits. Extremely disappointing, I spent a great deal of time completing the requirements in order to receive the advertised credits.

Had an issue with those walls of "Install___ to get__ in game currency" or whatnot in crush crush- sent the report email with a screenshot proving I did in fact complete the offer and the got back in like 30 minutes. All in all no complaints lol
