I've been playing games in order to receive the rewards that an app will offer as long as the requirements are met for a while now. Anyone that does this knows exactly how hard it is to collect the points or rewards from these offers sometimes. In fact, I've found that it's sometimes more work and more time to dispute a claim for an offer than it was to actually complete the requirements in the first place. You find yourself doing double the work for 1 reward and sometimes you really get the shaft when you actually do ever step and requirement of an offer and fight for it and still end up with a big fat goose egg. To those companies look out, because for the first time I'm impressed with a rewards company. I filed a claim for a game on the Coin app and in less than 1 hour I was emailed by Iron Source and was credited on my Coin app over 11,000 coins! This is how you should treat your customers/employees If you want them to be loyal to a company. Most of my reviews tend to be negative, because unfortunately, I feel most businesses don't care about people nowadays. It tends to be all about the dollar. I give credit where credit is due and I'm taking the time to say thank you for going above and beyond my expectations! You guys have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of ANY game, or rewards app that I've ever delt with.
Made a dispute on not getting my coins on time but after I placed a ticket with evidence my issue was resolved quickly!

When I submitted a ticket for my problem, 1 email for the issue and 1 for vertification were sent in less than 5 minutes. And the problem was solved and the 3rd e email was received in the next 5 minutes. I am very happy with this quick response as it is now 10pm local time in Asia!
With a lot of these companies, you make a complaint show your proof and they still ignore you, or make it difficult, But not this one. My problem was quickly resolved with no hassle. Thank you all so much.
Well, they fooled me. I started a reward task on a new game, got the first reward, and then spent money to get the next reward. All subsequent rewards have been denied... they say that the game hasn't confirmed that I spent money or did the other challenges, and my screen shots carry no weight. I just want them to honour their side of the deal, and to track down an answer from the developer to confirm that I did what was asked of me. Frustrating.
Lots of form letters... they tell me basic things like "make sure it says 'installed' " but I already told them that I did that. I've had the same copy/paste response 3 times in a row.
I would avoid.
For anyone looking to make $20 plus per day to enjoy some of your favorite games it's perfect. Read all your instructions and play for days.
They offerwall is perfect for me, first off. I wasn't really expecting such a prompt response because it's 10:20pm at night. I sent my screen shot to them confirming that I completed the offer and verified my email that it was me sending my help ticket. Not even 15 minutes went by before they responded letting me know I gotten my credits. Thank you all so much, really appreciate it! You all helped me through really rough December. I hope many others use the app as well.

Over all a great app. Was a little slow getting my reward but i did receive it. It took about an hour. Most of the time its within minutes. Will definitely recommend this game to others.

I am having an ongoing issue with receiving rewards from objective completion and continue to be rejected with no explanation. I've completed the objectives and did not receive the rewards. I've asked multiple times for support in correcting the issue and have been ignored. There is clearly a major issue with the offer I'm trying to complete and I need answers.
Kinda fascinating app that recommend me play some good games to earn money also suffice my needs of playing game to relieve stress. And one thing i still in consideration is ' Can i withdraw money from clip clap?' guess i will wait and reponse to you guys soon on this. One thing i still wonder that 3rd and 2nd withdrawal were both declined and can't be explained in detail. I hope you guys can fix this soon. Add reason why it got declined cuz when i clicked it's just a blank

I am not getting my coins on JustPlay so i can earn money playing candy crush soda so i contacted them asking them why. They emailed me saying i have been approved, all i have to do is close and refresh the game and my coins still are not being added. So now i have to contact them again for the 3rd time to try to resolve this, meanwhile i have stopped playing the game because of this. I am giving them 3 stars only because they claim to have corrected the problem and acknowledge that i should be getting my coins credited and for me that is at least a start.
Answer: Only standarized answers from bots saying "NO"...
