Initially I did not receive points in the Just Play app, for taking the hair quiz. A simple email to customer support solved my problem quicker than I thought it would. I first received an email saying it would be sometime between today and three days I would get another one with the solution. About 20 minutes later I received a notification that I had received my points on the just play app. Grateful for the prompt and thorough services! :)
Thank you guys for the very very quick response with my Gold retrieval in "Left to Survive"! Had an issue with not receiving my Gold reward from one of the sponser apps. But, you guys responded as soon as I reached out to you! Thank you again! Luv this game!
On this occasion they attended me instantly but on another occasion they definitely rejected my request that it was an offer from infinity kingdom, I used the support but they did not answer me.
Downloaded and played one of your games you specified to get credits. Completed the highest level requested, I received the reward for the final level but nothing for the lower levels I OBVIOULSY would have had to complete to get to that highest level.
1 star is too many

I've been doing offers for so many years with so many companies and I say for a fact these guys are great
The only downside is the time limit they take to grant you your reward in case the advertiser tried to scam you. But regardless of the time limit it's much better than any other

They reply with the same automated emails which seems like a request for more information and make you wait for weeks. Hard to get hold of customer support post raising a ticket or a response from them.
It took way to long to long to approve my ticket for gems & it's an automated email. If I could put zero I would bc it happens every time.
