Ive only had to put in maybe 2 tickets for things not showing up and they fixed them right away. Just make sure you have proof is all. Dont lie and try to cheat

A real paying app with cool games and great customer service. I've only had one problem, glitch not getting my points and customer service has it fixed in an hr or so instead of 3 days.
I like IronSource, I used it to gain Crystals in Rush Royale and Boss Coin in OSM. It works really well! When I conclude a mission and open the app, it already has my reward ready for being gained!
There are some things that I don't like: the first is the Offers Equality: some offers of like 221 Crystals are very long, while others, always of 221 Crystals are easier. Can you please include easy things?
The second one is the absence of "cheap" offers: maybe offers of just 10-50 Crystals are really rare, and people would like them because of the time it takes to complete them: just a few days, and not like 221 ones that last for also a week or a month.
It took a while for them to authorize my request since my offer had not been rewarded, but in the end They gave me a positive response and my reward. Thank you very much

I pursued it further, and found whoever it was I was dealing with the second time deserves a 5 star rating, whereas the first should be fired...
I was treated respectfully, businesslike, and not like a machine. As a successful entrepreneur... I respect that greatly...
Hell, even said up to 3 business says, but it wasn't even 15 minutes, and the issue was resolved... And... after only -1- email.

When I compare that to the first I tried to deal with, only for them to write me off, blatantly ignoring the factual evidence presented... The difference is as night and day.

Hello to all. The app didn't give me credit for a game, so I reached out to support and they fixed the problem within 48 hours. I woke up to an extra $18.
Support team got back to me right away, ok. But i still haven't received the gems from the offer i finished long ago until i receive anything the review will stay that way
I had an issue with Online Soccer Manager coins. It's been difficult to find how to contact support or solve the problem. They adress you to the advertising companies… who created and manages the game, the advertising companies? Then, It has been difficult to contact the support team, then… they didn't gave me a solution in the first term… guys, why is it so complicated for you to solve this little things? I have completed a lords mobile offer however i waited 4 days and i never received the rewards, so i contacted support with the required information it says it would take up to 3 business days, so i waited but i was surprised it only took 26mins for my reward to came through.
Explaination of the photos the first photo shows the ticket was sent on 10:44am and Approval of the ticket was on 11:10am and the final photo shows the offer being completed.

When I submitted a ticket for my problem, 1 email for the issue and 1 for vertification were sent in less than 5 minutes. And the problem was solved and the 3rd e email was received in the next 5 minutes. I am very happy with this quick response as it is now 10pm local time in Asia!
