I have been using IPTV Solution for more than 6 months now. Awesome programming choices. We get everything my girlfriend and I wanna watch. The prices are good and at times they run specials where you can add extra time for discounted prices!
Tried to get support to set up and nothing was going the way it was supposed to. Support staff then called me a stupid fu** along with other things for not being able to set it up, real class. I went elsewhere and had it set up in minutes. Avoid these guys.
I would avoid this business at all costs. They shipped a box which wasn't delivered (did they actually deliver? Impossible to verify) and have ignore every attempt to reach out to find a solution. I made a first subscription for one month. It went very well. By renewing for six months ($125) by interac, the money was received by Iptv solution and the system no longer works. I sent 5 messages to be able to access the system and I received no response from Iptv solution. I filed a complaint with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
Was with them for 3 years...just bought a new box with a new 14 month subsription because the old box was not working well. The new more expensive box is not working well. After 3 emails to fix the issue no answer. The new subsription show expired continuously. Hard to reach them for a chat...seems they avoid me...no telephone number to reach them. Please avoid the enterprise. Fast to tke your money, not fast to help you.
My box is obselete after 3 years and don't match with the new upgrade so i have to buy a new box. Instead i ask a refund the same day they took my e-transfer and they tell me no. I don't recommand to anybody...à lot of lag and reboot.
Have been subscribed to their service for over a year now, and it has been ok. But the customer service is absolutely horrible. Every time I use their online chat to tell them of the issues I am having, I always get the same answers, and even though I do exactly what they constantly tell me to do, the problems don't always get fixed and the people your chatting with are so $#*!ty and arrogant it is totally unprofessional and frustrating. Now my service has stopped working altogether since yesterday, I spent Hours on the chat with them, trying to fix the issue, they made me change my mac address and all the other usual banalities, and it still doesn't work! They stopped responding to me on the chat and I sent them an e-mail and they are not responding to that either! Thank goodness my subscriptions finishes in a week anyway and I will NEVER renew with them again. They are cheap but you get what you paid for! Avoid this Service at all costs and spare yourself hours of frustration.
For my this or 4th time, subscribed for 1 month Nov. 13'20. Was Offered promo, pay extra abd get 4 months. Was acknowledged and account To be update. Should be To Mar. 12 early Feb. WAs Advised account To expire, which it did today. I sent several emails with copy/paste their confirmations. Not an Home at company! Will look elsewhere. I'm more than satisfied with the quality of their products. My Sister and I ordered 3 box for our familly and our kids are so happy. They provided support during the process and delivery was within 3 days. The quality is full HD and exceeds my expectations. I recommend it to my friends
It is cheap and it is cheap. The image freezes, often more sound, the TV schedule hardly ever there, often the screen becomes completely black and impossible to schedule a recording. When you communicate with them by email, they answer you, you have no account here! Wow! I call them thieves. I think you are better off paying a little more and going with legal and known companies.

Today I contacted IPTVsolution.ca via chat regarding a T95Z Android box they sold me in June of this year, 2020
After confirming with me the warranty on this box was 1 year, I asked for a replacement because the box, only 3 months old, stopped working.
There were two people on the chat, "Eric" and "Frank"
They refused to honor the warranty because I was no longer a client of their IPTV service. The warranty, I reminded them, was not conditional on subscribing to their service, it was on the box itself.

They then started sexual connotations regarding my wife! And if I didn't know how to take care if her, they would!
At that moment I attempted to have the complete conversation documented and sent to my email address, as their chat function has that option, but they obviously could see what I was doing on their end and they immediately terminated the chat, preventing the download.
I will swear in a court of law as to the accuracy of this statement and I will do everything in my power to get their website deleted from the CIRA registry.
