What more can I say Ipostal, is a good secondary option if you have a home address but just want your mail forwarded to a designated location other than your residental address for what ever reason, this is for you, are even as a primary option if your not tied down to one location, they even accept fedex ups and or usps. I get a1snapshot and an alert when my mail arrived. Great Ipostal love it...:
I am fine with the service, however, I am not clear why there is a charge every time I pick up my items. I pay for the service monthly, If I pick up my items, there should not be additional fees.

I did not realize it cost $1 to pickup letters. I like the way I can discard letters i don't want to pick up.

Services are ok, but sometimes, we are having communication prob because my pick ups are not updated, or my request for pickups are not recorded thus causes confusions.

Notary process was cumbersome and difficult. Staff at my mail location are very helpful and friendly.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with the notary. Notarization is required by the USPS to verify the identity of anyone who opens a mailbox, digital or otherwise. Many people have access to a free notary at a bank or accountant’s office. If not, most customers find the online notary service we provide to be a great convenience for a very nominal cost.
