Quite good service and close to work. The response is usually prompt
The service is easy to use and accurate. The customer service was on point and very helpful.
Beware! The owner of iPostal is harassing me in text messages on a daily basis now. They are also taking mini payments of $2.25 for blurry scans out of my bank account daily. If you complain to customer service the owner will start bashing you in text messages, and calling you after midnight. Authorities are being involved, because who knows what an unethical person like this might do over complaints that they have bad quality products and rude, mean customer service. The very mean and heartless iiPostal owner actually takes time out of his nights to entertain himself by bullying me,a new customer who needed their services due to a crisis that I recently faced. The owner basically said that it's not his problem that I'm dissatisfied with the rude, insensitive, illegal and immoral way they are handling my mail. Several people similar bad experiences using this iPostal location. I had over 300 views, but now it says zero. The bottom line is that this is not the kind of company you want to give your business or your money to. Just get a USPS postal box, and use a business address with them. It is much more reliable than trusting your confidential mail to a criminal minded owner who bullies women who share that they just suffered a loss. My mail is now being tampered with by people I paid to keep my mail safe. This is illegal. Local police and my attorney will be helping me stop the illegal actions and harassing text messages, late night phone calls, and constant bullying from the owner and employees of postal. Just don't go to this postal location!
Beware! Don't send your mail to this place! This is a scam! They do not have a good quality of service at all!The owner of the iPostal location at 2801 Ocean Park Blvd, Santa Monica, CA 90405 is very rude, insensitive and discriminates. They read my financial mail, then refused to give me legible copies! My scanned images were too blurry to read, but the owner kept asking for payment for mail scans that could not be read. My account is already paid, but they charge $2.25 for each blurry letter. I did not know that they charged for reading my mail remotely. The owner said just sue him. So, I'm suing him! Really sad how mean he is. The owner had no sympathy at all for my situation. I feel sorry for him for mistreating his customers this way. If you want them to read your mail, then refuse to give it to you trust this illegal scam business.
It has been good so far. No issues with picking up mail from the facility.
Excelente customer service people and response!
Dudes, I just don´t talk that much to get to 50 characters. Live with it!
I am enjoying my experience thus far. Other than that I don't have much to add
I did not iposta for any service issues someone again on another one of my accounts is attempting to commit fraud and systemic identity theft
I had my first mail delivery and pickup with bo issues. I'm very happy with my service.
I have been notified of my first mailing via iPostal. I am looking forward to picking it up and more packages in the future.
Very helpful - great for my online business, I would recommend it.
Do not use this service they are crooks! I setup my account for a brand new business so I knew I wasn't going to get a lot of mail at the start. After a few months, I decided to check into it only to find out that there was an issue with one of my docs that needed updating. I also saw a notice that mail had indeed come in for me but they sent it back cause the account wasn't setup. I worked with their customer support to finally get the account setup correctly. When I asked that my 1 year payment, start from the time now that the account has been setup correctly, they refused and have decided they should still be paid for the 6 months that my account was inactive and not in service. I'm so pissed! The clerk at my depot where I get the mail said they screw people over a lot and I should definately continue to escalate. She said she doesn't understand why a call wasn't made to me given the fact that they are now refusing to pay for the time the account wasn't active. Whatever you do, look for any other virtual mail service. These folks are crooks and thieves.
Hi Su,
Thanks for your review.
The USPS requires the Form 1583 be completed, notarized, and filed with proper IDs. This is required in order for the mail center to accept mail on your behalf.
If forms are submitted, they are reviewed and approved if in order. If there was anything missing or incorrect, you should have been notified via email. If you did not receive this email, please be sure to check your spam folder.
If they are not completed, you will still be able to use the address for your business without the mail function. That is why your account was charged, whether or not you file the Form 1583. Many customers use our addresses this way.
Sincerely,
IPostal1

Answer: Hi Elayne, Thanks for your question. You can find Office Buildings and Coworking Spaces under the locations tab on our website. We're happy to be able to say that we've had thousands and thousands of customers that have been able to successfully use our addresses for DMV, business, banking purposes and more. Throughout the years that we have offered our digital mailbox services, we've found that each institution/state has their own software and guidelines that are followed to verify the addresses. We highly recommend directly contacting the institution(s) that you are hoping to register your iPostal1 address with to confirm if it will be acceptable. We understand that there is a possibility that not all of our addresses may work for all purposes, and because of this we do provide you with a 30-day grace period. You're welcome to try us out - and if you end up closing the account within 30 days of signup because you couldn't use the address, you can reach out to us to request a full refund of your subscription payment. Sincerely, IPostal1
Answer: Hi Maxine, Thanks for your question. Our Virtual Office phone line allows you to receive calls and voice mail messages, so you don't have to use your private phone for business. However, some of our Office Building locations do provide live-answering services. This is something that you will need to pay them for directly, separate from your iPostal1 subscription. You can find more information about our Virtual Office plans and how the phone lines work on the FAQ pages on our website. Sincerely, IPostal1

Answer: If you have a tracking information that shows the package was delivered to the store, then first step is to work with the store to confirm receipt and look for the package. If that does not work and store claims they never received or can't find the package, then you need to consult with the iPostal1 Customer Service team at service@iPostal1.com about next steps.
Answer: Given your specific needs, it pays to do a little homework before deciding which state or city will work best for you. Thousands of customers have used our service to register their business or for their DMV needs. However, in Oregon, Missouri, Washington State, and California, we suggest that you check with government agencies to determine what you can or cannot do with your virtual address. For banking, some banks or credit card companies may not accept transferring your address to your iPostal1 address, so best to check with them ahead of time.
