Final cost: $97
Final cost, which I didnt pay, was $97. Complete false advertising, paid the initial $28, then was given an additional $66 charge that was passed on from the telephone provIder. There is no indication when paying the first charge that there may be further cost. The unlock page on the site clearly states that the charge to unlock your phone is $28, which they refused to refund, so Im out the $28.
Fraudulent.
The advertise a price of £19.99 and once you've paid then ask for another £54.99 to complete the unlock. Avoid these scammers do not use them you will get nothing for your money.
Promised a product at a price. Paid price. Got email saying they needed MORE money DESPITE the fact they said it could be done for JUST the initial price. THIS BUSINESS IS A SCAM. Especially for Canadian customers. DO NOT USE> SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I opened my Factory Unlock for my Bell Mobility iphone on iphoneimei.net and I have completed all payments. After I waited for almost 2 weeks, the unlock process could not be done and the iphoneimei party was not responsible and did not refund the funds I had paid. When they submit will refund all funds if the opening of Factory Unlock failed for any reason. They are not responsible. I want my funds refunded.
I was sent email, but dont have respons from iphoneimei.net..

If purchased on our website simply email *******@iphoneimei.net and the team can help
I have used your service twice now. I had used http://cleancheck.me/ to make sure it was clean and it was!
After pay again 36 pounds you mark this device as stolen? I want my money back!
I payed for a iphone 7 plus unlock over 2 months ago and they still havent unlocked my phone! They dont even bother to respond to the emails i sent asking for a status. Horrible company, dont waste your money using http://iPhoneIMEI.net, scam
Once you pay the money mentioned in their site, they will give message similar to below for everyone. Actually for that amount of money you can buy a unlocked phone yourself from apple store.
Order Status Pre-order deposit paid, unlock ready for release.
Awaiting final payment (as per initial quote).
Final payment details
$120 (total unlock price) - $27 (paid) = $93 due
This is an outright fraud! I reported to BBB, FTC, FBI, for fraud! Not sure which can help but it's worth a try just to make life a little more difficult for this scam artist of a company! They quote a small price then quadruple it once they get the first part of your money!
I would give less than one star if I could. This site promises to unlock your phone in 30 days or they will give you a refund. This is a lie.
It has been more than 30 days. My phone has not been unlocked and there has never been an update to its status. I have emailed them twice to request a refund. They just ignore the emails. They also have a fake review site giving them 9.5/10 stars. That site is a scam.
These guys are ridiculous. Biggest waste of time ever. I recently just purchased an iPhone 6 plus off a friend of mine which was locked to a carrier. Got it for a good price so I decided IL get it unlocked. I called a couple of local cell phone shops inquiring about the unlock they told me it will be 30$. Despite all that I found these guys. Their website promised an iPhone 6 plus unlock for $28 which for me is $35 because I live in Canada. Although it was a little more costly then going to a local store I decided why not give it a shot. After making the payment a few days later I get an email saying they want another 45$. (In total $80). I told them I wanted a refund and they would not give me one. THESE GUYS ARE A SCAM... WASTE OF TIME. GO TO YOUR LOCAL CELLPHONE STORE INSTEAD. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME
Very bad service!
This service took my money and didn't unlock my iPhone. Even through 2 month the Order Status is still the same as in first day "Pre-order paid, awaiting unlock availability. Once unlocking resumes your IMEI will be automatically submitted."
Never responded on my messages in support.
Never refunded 20 pounds.
I can provide any evidence of my of righteousness. Have all screenshots saved before.

The price advertised is not what you end up paying. Once your credit card company authorized the transaction you receive an email requesting additional fees (50£ in my case). Dont' recommend.
They will advertise that they can unlock your phone for 20 euros but then they will send you an email stating the you need to pay additionnal fees of 50 euros because your phone costs more to unlock because of the greater loss of values to the carrier (company providing the mobile services) and they won't refund your first payment, be aware, get your phone unlock with the original carrier, IPhoneIMEI is a rip off!
QUOTED ON THE SITE ONE PRICE, THIS PRICE WAS "ALL IN" THEN I WAS EMAILED AFTER PAYMENT THAT THEY WANTED A FURTHER £30 ISH, TO COMPLETE. THEY WOULNDNT REFUND THE FIRST £20 I HAD PAID, THEY SAID IT WAS NONE REFUNDABLE.
THAT BEING SAID, IT DID WORK, BUT EXPECT TO BE PAYING MORE THAN THE SITE ADVERTISES!
THEY SAY THIS ADDITIONAL COST IS FROM YOUR CARRIER FOR LOSS OF EARNINGS, LOAD OF BOLLOX
The price advertised is not what you end up paying. The initial price is to "prepare" for an unlock. Then you have to pay double the initial amount. IPhone 6 did get eventually unlocked, but I paid triple of what I could have paid had I only asked the provider to unlock it. Once you pay the initial amount though, it seems like a waste not to continue. Also unlock took over half a month (read over 15 days). BEWARE. 2 stars only because the phone got eventually unlocked so it isn't a complete scam.
What this company do (or whatever they are) is FRAUD! They claimed they had unlock my phone, but they didn't. Horrible experience.
Those guys are the worst, at first time they ask for $28, after a week they ask for another $66 more, a week later they ask for another $60. In case you dont pay, they increase the those prices exponentially and youll have the risk of lose the payments you already did. I paid close to $160 to obtain after 25 days my device unlocked. It was painful experience, even more take in to account that recently in my country I found a company that unlock devices from TMobile for only $100 with instant results.
Its the best in market for unlocking iphones and best reliable service with most responsive customer care. Worth spending. You can use your iphones just like the new one.
My phone was stuck on drawer for 6 months, Now I can use my iPhone with any carrier or any country, I can even use all the features because now my iPhone is fully unlocked so I can change APN settings and more. I only put my SIM card and works. Very fast service It only takes 3 days!
Answer: No they don't. They just take your money and not unlocked anything.
Answer: Nobody, friend
