Yes, you can get a. 49 cent invitation. If you go bare paper minimum. I spent close to a dollar for small card that you can barely read! The font sizes are not true and when designing the item you are given the impression that you are getting a much larger card. So, I probably wouldn't use this site again, but if I did I would be VERY CAREFUL. The items are clearly misrepresented in terms of overall size of the card and font size.

I'm giving them a one because I can't give them a zero. And the invites themselves were fine. I typically am not one to write reviews unless service is exceptional or awful. In this case (awful), I ordered invites for a baby shower that I'm hosting. They first tried to get me to pay additional for shipping the remaining 3 cards to myself after I'd already paid for their mailing service.

It has now been almost 3 weeks since the first card was delivered and I'm finding out people STILL haven't gotten them. When asking why, they pushed the blame on the postal service. They did offer to resend invites to people who haven't gotten them, BUT that means I have to get ahold of every person who hasn't RSVP'd which completely defeats the whole purpose of sending invites in the first place! And by the time they receive them, it will be at or past the deadline to RSVP. I would suggest NOT EVER using invite shop. I certainly never will again!

I ordered anniversary invitations for my parent's 25th wedding anniversary. They turned out amazing. It looked all over for the right invitations, and either they were way to expensive, or they could not fit all the information I needed. On Invite Shop, I could add everything I needed to the back of the card, the style was perfect, and the price was amazing. I was blown away when I opened the box!

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT EVER USE THIS "COMPANY" FOR ANYTHING. I PAID FOR A SERVICE HERE, CANCELLED IT THE SAME DAY AND 23 DAYS LATER STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND BACK I'M RETURN. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF, AND SERIOUS LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS. INVITESHOP IS A SCAM AND DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

Bad customer service
November 15, 2016

I had a typo on the card and did not realize it until I looked at it again on an email. I guess I missed one letter because when you click edit to type something else in it does not zoom in at all (not very user friendly). I was a first time customer so I figured they would give me a break and allow me to redo 25 simple birthday invites. NOPE! They "offered" me 30% off if I ordered the item again. It wasn't about the money it was about the service. The representative basically said it was my fault as nice as possible and the manager didn't do anything to cut me a break. It was my fault there was a typo (actually no, its not very user friendly) It didn't matter that I was a first time customer (thanks, won't be ordering from here again!) and it was also my fault I didn't get the "Designer Review" upgrade (which, when I asked about she even said they wouldn't of caught the mistake anyway since it was a city name!) BS. Don't do business with them. They are as cheap as their customer service.

The invitation choices are great and the process to upload addresses is very easy. I was so happy to find this place until the invitations were mailed out. I got the Kraft envelopes because they were recycled and I like to do my part for the environment. Well, that's what I get for trying to do good. They all came unsealed in the mail! More than 20 people said they got just the envelope, about 6 said they got the invite as well but it was destroyed and 15 people didnt get anything at all. We found all of this out as we called each and every invitee to be sure they knew about our baby shower since the invitations we paid $100+ for obviously weren't going to tell them. When I contacted customer service, they didn't apologize or offer any compensation. They accused me of not sealing them before I sent them and then came back to say, had I told them before I sent them that they would open in the mail, they could have done something to help me. I'll let you all read that sentence again because I know it seems like I mistyped. There has been so much run around with this place that I told them to keep the $9 they were trying to give me as a "credit" for the envelopes causing so much trouble. Morgan is a nice girl, but it's clear that this basement run company knows absolutely nothing about customer service. You'd be wise to use another invitation company.
