I was a bit disappointed with customer service. I placed an order online and forgot to enter the valentines code which would've given me 15^% off. When I contacted customer service and requested that they adjust. They said they cannot do that. It makes a big difference And over $1000 order. I felt that that was unacceptable

Great! I love that I was able to get the watch that I wanted for so long at a ridiculously low price. I'm just sorry that I didn't order the white/silvertone as well. I hope that it comes back in stock so that I can order this one too, and will be available at the flash price.

Such a large inventory! Every watch is eunique. Enjoy looking at all of them. The ordering process was easy and fast. Can't wait to receive my watches! Have 2 already. One is discontinued, am so glad I bought it. Invicta provides a quality product for the price. The watches have a lot of detail in them and are high quality. I'm a big guy and like the larger face watches that other companies do not produce. I have 3 Invicta watches currently and look forward to adding to my collection!

I could not locate this watch at all of the usual merchants I shop with. Invicta Stores will 9 times out of 10 have what I want, and at the best prices. I received the watch 6 days after placing the order & as I usually find, the watch is gorgeous.

Great product for a good value. Ordered the product 2 weeks before my husband's birthday as that should've allowed it to be delivered on time for him. It took 2 weeks to be prepared and sent for shipment instead of the expected 3-5 business days. It was a little disappointing that it came days after his birthday.

Need to do better at communicating shipment time after order placement. I finally sent a note asking when it would ship and then got some feedback. Would have been better to know status as order to delivery was a few weeks - OK as long as I know it was in progress.

Great prices and delivery was quick. I'm not happy with one of the watches I just purchased. Quality is not what I'm used to from Invicta watches. Piece of the bezel fell off first time my wife wore the watch. I'm hoping this is just fluke. Between my wife and myself we own over 30 Invicta watches. In my opinion for the prices you can find these great watches their is not a better time piece out there.

The watch is beautiful an flawless.!
It came really fast.
The price was a little step and the other watch that I really wanted was out of stock until the end of December.
But other than that I'm very satisfied. This is my first Invicta Watch an I'm sure I'll get another in the future.

The watch is beautiful, my husband is thrilled at it, the ordering was easy, and it was delivered in a lovely box in good condition and so fast. Overall it was a wonderful experience. Very easy transition from page to page. Liked the description information also. I paid extra for Two Day shipping. However, it was shipped on a Friday and i did NOT receive the item until Tuesday. So, i don't understand why i paid for Two day shipping on my item. That's my Only complaint.

Little Upset by receiving a men's pro diver 51.5mm model ******* that looks like a display, I receive the watch with no rap on the watch also the Invicta case inside was dirty and no returned label. I never received any of my other invictas this way! Why now?

The shopping experience was good but getting the return paperwork took some time to arrive. I thought that process could have been better. I had to request the paperwork three different times before I received it.

Beautiful product. Didn't know going through paypal would extend the amount of time to receive the product. I would have paid another way. Missed my daughter's and my Birthday. But I was refunded the rush fee.

I purchased the Limited Edition Batman watch for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loved it! It was delivered fast, came in a sturdy watch box, and the overall quality is great and heavy duty!

The mobile version of the website is difficult to filter/navigate. From within the sale area linked from the email, there are countless pages of watches. There is no way for me to filter for the style of band or price range I am looking for so it took me hours to comb through and choose one rather than being able to narrow it down to a more manageable sample to choose from.

First time on this web site. I found just what I was looking for. I purchased this watch for my husband's birthday. This is the second Invicta watch that he has and he really likes both of them. I have a birthday coming up soon and I hope to receive a nice Invicta watch too!
