My husband wanted a quality watch that looked good. There was a great sale going on and am extra discount that was applied and I was able to purchase him one on short notice for a great price. He really likes showing his new watch off and gets compliments everytime he wears it! The shipping time was fast and arrived just in time for the holiday. Its been fine. I do have a problem in that every time i try to use a free shipping coupon it never works. This is the 6th watch i have purchased from you folks. Also I never seem to get any shipping information. Order always says in process then miraculously it gets delivered.

This is the first time I've been contacted since I put in the letter of concern. I could have put in more orders for other watches at that time but declined because of the slow response. I'm not sure if I'll be ordering online again but I do like my watches a lot.

2 of the 3 watches I ordered said they were in Stock, but were not. Then you sent me a blue one when I ordered green. The other watch took almost 2 weeks to arrive because you need a signature, I work, never home when you deliver, very inconvenient.

As compared to the market, many watch prices were much higher than competitors for the exact same product and that was a little confusing. Mostly cause I thought that only Invicta would be able to beat competitors' prices for its own product. I'll have to compare prices going forward before I make purchases...

After high and low for a Mickey Mouse dive watch. I finally found one on the Invicta web site. But after receiving it had to leave for a one month vacation so have not had time to check everything. But first impressions were favorable and happy with my purchase from the Invicta Store.

Invicta watches are a unique brand and I own several watches and am pleased with each watch I've purchased. You either love the watch or hate it and I'm one who loves the style. Excellent price and if you wait long enough you will receive a nice discount (if they don't run out).

I've been looking for a new watch for quite a while and saw the perfect watch for my lifestyle, the speedway dragon. I love wearing it, not just because its a watch but how beautiful the craftsmanship is. If you want an upgrade from a normal watch then look no further than Invicta.

I bought a certified preowned watch that came broken the whole automatic movement moves around because there are screws missing. I've called and sent multiple emails which never were responded to. I got a broke watch that was missing parts. I'm going to post this all over social media if I don't get a response from Invicta soon.

Ordered watch for Christmas; delivered quickly; did not work; returned

Reordered before return in effect; return accepted (have not checked yet to see if refunded payment); new order arrived in timely fashion today. Will have it checked by our watch shop to see if this one works before any further interaction with Invicta.

I thought the shipping was delayed. Took a few days too long. I am Amazon Prime I believe.

I am not as happy with the colors of the watch & band. I will probably want to return it. Looking for return instructions.

Great coupons. Waiting to see what kind of service I will get. The product itself and its reputation is beyond discussion. I am a fan and a collector.
However, I'm a little disappointed with one of the watches, although it looked new, it had blemishes on the finish. Spent a couple of hour trying to buff them out but in vain.
I'm still a fan though, I will keep collecting and the service was great.

Easy, great prices and received my order quickly and exactly on time according to the shipping email sent by Invicta Stores. Extremely happy with my watch so far, previously purchased another Invicta watch from another online retailer and had to spend $30 to replace the battery less than a year following my purchase.

Delivery time could be a bit better, over all price is right. Communication quick to answer, overall I would give you a 9 rating. Although there is no date on the credit card issued so I will not be using iy.

I was having computer issues, so I called in to place the order. The female that assisted me was professional, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I wanted the watch before a specific day, but she told me it was not feasible even with overnight delivery. I appreciated the honesty and information. Great customer service.

I wanted a nicer looking automatic watch for work that didn't break the bank as I'm a HVAC tech and and rough on things. I love the look and highly recommend it. It holds time better than some of my other automatics that cost twice what these do and honestly for what I paid this gets 6 outta 5 stars. It even has micro adjustable clasp for perfect fit and the bezel rotates which makes timing your wait at restaurants a breeze.

My package arrived soaked inside and outside. The package must have been left outside, or near a door where rain blew in on it. Also, I never received an email telling me that the package had arrived. This didn't happen at our house because it was left well inside our covered porch where rain cant get to it.
