I called Invicta to inquire about an order. The customer sales rep was nice. She looked into my order and changed shipping from standard to 2 day delivery. I am very satisfied with the service. Im preparing to order another watch.

Had the item i wanted. Check out was fast and easy. Unfortunately, as much as i loved the watch, it was far to large for my wrist. I am a size 7 so for an optimal look, one would need to have at least a size 8 wrist. That is unless a large watch with a roomy band is what you are looking for. Still love invicta!

I was extremely pleased with the order I received and it was sent an received in a timely manner. I just wanted to ask if I could receive a coupon for my next order. And I would also like to suggest that I be given more time to use the coupon, you only presently give 30 days from the time of receipt. Hopefully you will address this issue soon.

Was disappointed to find the product for sale at the same price but with free shipping through Amazon. Could have saved myself $12 in shipping but thats my fault. Otherwise I am very happy with the watch. It looks very nice!

My experience was quick, easy and very satisfying! I received the product and was pleasantly to see it in a fancy box perfect for gifting, no wrapping paper required! I wanted a bulky watch that stood out but was classy, tasteful and of good quality. The watch I ordered was even more impressive in person than it was online and was a hit for my man on Valentines Day! Thank INVICTA!

Amazing. I was expecting a little less for what I paid honestly, but you guys delivered. The watch is gorgeous. It was a fathers day gift from my son to his dad. He was super excited to give it to him. Thank you guys! Will definately keep you in mind if I need anything for Christmas or birthdays!

Overall, it was pleasant and easy. I will definitely be shopping here again to get the other watches I loved. They have so many good ones to pick through and I especially love the constant deals they offer for their products.

In the last month, I've ordered three beautiful Invicta watches. The delivery time is outstanding and the watches are amazing! The prices were out of this world cheap, I might sneak and buy more and hide them from my husband :)

I was a bit confused when I didn't get any notification about my watch shipping for over a week and a half after I ordered but I guess they don't send the message until it arrives from their factory at their shipping facility. Once it was sent though, the watch arrived next day. Very happy with the product!

I little disappointed, because when i place my order one of the two watches I ordered was refunded by the concept 'out of stock ' but when I processed the payment the website was showing 4 items available and 3 weeks later i saw credited to my bank account returning the money. Never had an email informing me about it and the option to be notified once the watch could be available.

Fed ex really messed up the delivery, the customer service rep was awful.

FedEx placed the delivery under a carpet to a door that's never used even though there is a sign that gives specific instructions on where to place deliveries.

Ease of shopping

Easy to go through Women's Invicta watches and to see the size. Shipping cost choices were clear. Photos of watches were clear but could have been a bit larger than the enlarged ones available on site. Large variety of choices. Not overwhelmingly Men's Invicta watches as many sites seem to be. I am very happy with the shopping process and the watch I purchased.

Horrible shipping horrible customer service BY certain employees I'll never purchase from Invicta.com again I'll use other sources for the watch was a Christmas present turned into a save face recovery very disappointed

I have no complaints with my shopping experience, however my FedEx experience was not good. My package arrived as promised at the Chicago facility but was forwarded to Texas. It came back 3 days later. It did not arrive on the new date. I had to contact FedEx customer service a number of times to resolve the issue. I wasted three days waiting for the package to arrive! This is ridiculous!

I have ordered several amazing watches from Invicta and have not bought any other brand (s) since my first order. Your products are beautiful, durable, get a lot of notice and compliments, and are always working. Thanks so much for what you do for your customers. Kindly, me, sammie jo

I think the order processing and/od shipping time is way too long. For example, I placed another order on July 21 (#*******) and as of today, August 6th, I still have not received it. I ordered another Invicta watch from Amazon and I got it the next day with free shipping. Invicta needs to offer free shipping on all orders and expedite the orders in a more timely manner.
