Great overall experience.
However, using the invictastores.com card there are some issues. It doesn't spell out at all clearly about the 6 or 12 month financing. I ended up having to talk to Invicta Store customer service in order to clarify the issue.
I placed an order. Didn't receive it until one month later. When I contacted customer service, it wasn't as I expected. I was basically told to negate the charge on my credit card since there was nothing they could do since it was out of a certain timeframe.
I did not receive an email with the shipping update.
I've bought plenty of times and have never had issues, but this experience has created a barrier and I don't think I'll be purchasing from the online store any time soon.
It is a Christmas gift for my husband. He will have to be the judge on the quality, size qnd style. I am pretty sure it's exactly what he wanted
It took a few days to get my tracking number, and an additional couple of days for the shipment to start moving. Customer service was helpful in getting my tracking number to me immediately when I called to check on the status of my order. I am extremely pleased with the watch itself. It seems to be very well made and looks great. Great value for the money. This is my first Invicta, but it won't be my last.
Who doesn't love shopping for a new whatch especially when it's a bad $#*! Invicta. I can't wait to come back.
Really bad customer service. Phone rings and rolls to a message center where you can't leave messages. Item did not ship for almost 3 weeks after order was placed. Tried email got a message that shipments were delayed because of COVID. I working in a shipping department with fed ex and there are no delays because of COVID in all of our facilities?
This order was placed on May 6 and was not received until about four weeks later. Other orders that I placed later were not similarly affected in this way. I'm hoping this is an aberration, as my prior experiences with Invicta have been positive, even after the lockdown went into effect.
Above... have several Invictas and I love all of them! Will continue to buy Invictas as different ones catch my eye!
A lot of problems with your website- needed to keep refreshing screen. Then I signed up my email address because it said I would get 10percent off, that didn't work. Then I tried calling, but gave up after 20 minutes on hold.

Great site, great place to find deals! Would recommend! However, the checkout process can be difficult and often the item description is inccorect/missing information. If using a mobile device may need to clear the temp memory on your phone before checking out.
Shopping at invictastores.com is always very easy. Take your time to view all the available watches, select the one(s) you like, put them in your cart and check out. Returns are just as easy. Great experience.
Convient lots of watches to chose from, the only problem is dealing with Fedex. They insist on delivering in the morning which causes a conflict, since I am at work at that time. I've tried rescheduling for an afternoon delivery but that has not worked with them. I have had to have them leave the package at one of their locations and I've had to pick it up from there after my work. This will make me think twice before purchasing another watch from you even thou it is out of your control.
I was really excited to receive this watch for my boyfriends Christmas present. Unfortunately, it came damaged with no time to exchange the watch. It was our first Christmas together and the watch came with a broken link so i felt horrible giving him a gift that was broken. He has many other invicta watches and all have come in great condition but this one.
I tried to change my order before it shipped., because originally I purchased something based on relative practicality. All black, matches anything. The person I bought this for is usually very conservative. Apparently, when it comes to watches a jewelry, nope. He likes a little flash. Anyway, the only gripe I have is that they couldn't change my order. I would've had to go through a return/reorder process. No worries though, when we received the original, it exceeded our expectations by a country mile. The watch is beautiful, elegant, conservative and yet, still flashy. A+ for quality.
Wonderful experience. My only issue is it took a little over a week before my product was sent out. Once it was sent the delivery took about another five days. I wish you explained that when we are in the shopping cart getting ready to complete our orders so we know approximately how long it's going to take. Now that I know it takes between two to three weeks if I'm making a purchase for an important occasion I need to place my order early to be able to have it for when I need it for that occasion.
During the early months of the pandemic customer service was horrible, however I understand it wasnt just Invicta. But overall when mail and delivery services got back on track. Ok.
Invicta is an Excellent brand and I love the watches. I bought 2 watches in the past fre weeks. The price was great.
