A straight forward process. However the watch model show two different watches for the same model number. One is Swiss Made with Butterfly Clasp and the other China Made without the Butterfly Clasp. I got the China Made one. Such a diference should be enough for a diferent model number. Can I get a Butterfly Clasp?

I was very dis-pleased with the amount of time it took for me to receive my product, when has never happen before. I would go on but I love Invicta's products.

Shopping is always easy online with Invicta. There are some times when I try to use Paypal checkout that it doesn't go over right away. I just need to keep trying.

You simply have to figure out a better processing & delivery Process. If your items are in stock then in my strong opinion it should not take 2-3 weeks for delivery

Great deal but took several weeks to process my order. Very difficult to get customer service on the phone. 30+ min wait time. Other than that I am happy with my order and would shop here again.

Watches are always great values, I was very disappointed with waiting over 10 days on an order then being told the watch was unavailable. Even though on line it showed it in stock still at that time

There is so much to see... I never finish looking! This last order took a long time. The watch was not working nd I will be calling today to find out if it can be wound up...

The Invicta brand is going down hill quick the braclet on this piece is very cheap it's very thin cheap steel I probably could bend it wit my hands as for the dial it's also cheap looking it looks like stainless Steel

Already had this watch from another source but had paid $60 more. When this great deal was offered, I sent the other back and bought two, one as a gift.

Great pricing, but some items went on sale cheaper before they shipped my order. That can be frustrating that I would have save $40 more if I waited another week.
