Other than the actual delay, everything else was cool. Definitely took about 2 weeks for the watch to even ship, but once shipped it arrived in 1 or 2 days.

Easy to use. One watch is broken but they processed a return label immediately and hopefully they will follow up quickly by replacing the item.

I ordered your new 2019 Pro Diver 42mm two-tone watch model *******. It's a beautiful detailed masculine watch -- not too big or heavy. However, I had to have the links removed for sizing. I selected to go over to your Sarasota University Town Center mall store for the task. The first person I met stated she was unable to remove some of the pins needed for the resizing and she recommended a jeweler in the mall. When I arrived at the jeweler he wanted $20 for the simple job. I politely refused his offer. I called your service center and the customer service woman said if I could hold, she was going to check who was at the mall store now. She came back on the phone and stated two more experienced store employees were now on duty and they would be happy to help me size the watch at no cost. I returned to the mall (24-mile trip) the second time. Fortunately, one of the employees had no problem sizing the watch and it now looks and feels great.

Not satisfied at all

Not satisfied at all. Watch did not keep time accurately. I doubt it was inspected pre shipping, will not buy another invicta. I own 4 and love the look but am very disappointed with this purchase
