The products and the prices are great. Delivery is usually great but this time took a little longer. Im very satisfied on most of my buying.

My watch was better looking than what I originally viewed online. This is my first Invicta with a leather band. I'm very tempted to do a bit more holiday shopping for myself.

Ive ordered 10 invicta watches 9 men and just ordered my wife one would like to get some discounts or incentives have others order too but overall im satisfied with invicta products

Overall the experience has been great, however, lately excluding order #*******, I have received time-pieces with some defects which has caused me to have a bit of concern when placing new orders.

Very easy to do business with Invicta stores...one comment when Invicta is offering huge discounts on watches " In this category only" you should just list the watches that will be discounted..

I love the look and quality of your watches. I have a watch on order since 7/1 and for some reason it appears to still be in processing. Is there something wrong?

I've bought about 10 watches over the last couple of years some of my own design choices were questionable but no fault of Invicta. Very happy with product pricing and quick shipping.

I only received 3 out of 4 watches ordered at 1st, but the 4th came from a different location, I was contacted very quickly and told reason. Very Happy with customer Service.

My only complaint ever is how long it takes to get a Invicta CS person on the line when you call. I wish there was a way to cancel orders online as well. That would eliminate a few calls.

Only thing I had concerns with is my watches were shipped separately. One watch was delivered almost a week before I received an email confirmation. However, my mom n dad love them!

The watch was not working when received. Replaced battery, stopped working after 1/2 hour. Requested return authorization and shipping label. Still waiting!

It took Fedex 2 weeks to get me my watch they had numerous issue on their end. I made more than 4 calls to them only to hear it would be the next day for over a week.

Very happy, watch had blemishes on the luminous spots on the rotating dial, so a little unhappy about that, however after some vigorous rubbing they seemed to have mostly come clean

My overall experience was absolutely great. One of the two watches I ordered, after receiving it I'm not particularly crazy about. Still deciding if I want to keep or return it.
