My experience with invicta has been great. The web site is very nice and easy to maneuver around. The watches are very nice and I love that there are watches on clearance and that make it affordable for every one.
The prices are good so I purchased two watches so that I could get the free shipping as you advertise, (free shipping $149 & Up) but noooooo! At the checkout you still charged me $12.99, now I am not happy!

The only downfall was the shopping. It took days before I received a tracking number so I was unable to track the shipment to see if I would have the watch in time for my fiancé's birthday even though I ordered it a little over a week prior to his birthday.
I received the watch quickly. I am not satisfied with the quality of the watch. I asked to return the watch and I haven't heard back from the company yet.
I feel that the watch price was ok but only if it arrived in better condition. The second hand doesn't line up where it should making the chronograph function look cheap in my opinion.
Received my order, certainly not what I was expecting the watches to be. Sent an email the same day I got them to request a return/refund. I paid for two day shipping, wasn't sure what the estimated delivery time would be. Overall I don't think I would order again.
My Glycine Airman 42 GL0069 came in it's inadequately packed box upside down, with no protective film covering the crystal, which was not scratched since it is sapphire. The watch is scratched heavily on one side of the case and four of the rotating bezel's teeth have been chipped. Also, the rectangular tag that came with the watch looks used/faded and had a sticker peeled off of the other side, indicating to me that it was used before. The Glycine international guarantee card was left blank with no date of sale of stamp/signature from the authorised dealer (invictastoresonline.com). I have a suspicion that my watch was actually used rather than new. Shipping was fast in under one week and despite the problems above, I am enjoying the watch. Others who care more about scratches on a supposedly brand new watch would probably have been more upset, understandably, and sent the watch back.
Yet again, the latest styles for the best prices.
Every purchase I make at InvictaStores.com is a 5 Star Plus buy. The latest models at bargain basement prices are just two of the reasons I keep coming back for more.
You state that shipping is free over $99 for ground service, but your order form wouldn't accept that and charged me $29 for shipping. That is rather stiff for a small package. I also found your website rather difficult to navigate.

Ordering is easy but my order was short i call them, they never answer the phone and never send me a email letting me know tha something is missing thats no good, have to be a lot better and email to track the package email to comfirm the delivery all that tou most do.
My husband's watch was a Christmas gift I waited until the last minute and was afraid it would not be receive before Christmas however it was received earlier than expected he absolutely loved his gift
The watch I purchased is the nicest watch I've ever owned. The quality of the item for the price I paid is amazing. There are so many nice features like the secured adjustment wheels and the functional bezel that I was so surprised to discover when I took it out of the box. I will be buying more watches in the near future.
I made 3 orders 2 was refunded and I'm still waiting for the the last order which I made on June 8 2020
Here's the thing if I had to wait for you guys to only refund me back what am I shopping for
I really wanted those two that's was refunded after almost a month from the ordering date.
I have lost faith with you guys I see watches that I like now but don't want to get my hopes up high to tell me it's out of stock but it wasn't when I ordered. So what is really going on?
Was disappointed with the watch. The watch looked nice but it was suppose to have a Swiss movement and instead had a Japanese movement. I was very disappointed because I particularly wanted the watch because of the Swiss movement. This was a gift for my boyfriend who owns a vintage Rolex and a gold Longines. He knows watches and I wanted to surprise him with a more casual watch. I spoke to customer service and am waiting back to see what Invicta will do to make this right!
I am very pleased with the product. The only issue I had was the delivery date.
I ordered the watch for my husband's birthday and the watch came in a week later.
I know due to the Covid-19, there has been a lot of delays.
Over all I am happy with the product.

Beautiful watch and very accurate ( 47 mm no too small, no too big). It has a Japanese HP 35A movement. The color is two-tone and can be used casual or to go to more elegant places. And the price...wow. It is fantastic in promotion time. I strongly recommend this watch and the Invictastore.com website
Í order a watch and 3 days later I received a email telling me that other was cancel because the item was sold out. But I see that the item about 2 day later was on sale but for more money.i thing that the problem was not to sell the watch for the money i paid for

My original order was cancelled because it wasn't in stock. I called in and got Jessica. She helped me get into my account to used the credit that was given to me, honored another discount, expedited my shipping since it was a birthday present, and personally emailed me. It was the best customer service I've had in a while. And my boyfriend loved his watch! Overall, a GREAT experience!
