Invicta Stores

I have no problems with the Invicta products and dealing with Invicta Stores. I received an Invicta perpetual watch, on time, but the watch had an issue, not sealing water out, and the crystal began to fog immediately! I sent it back, and reordered another when it became available. I have received the replacement, already. The original was sent back the next day, too. I have not received my credit yet for the 1st watch, and I had to pay more for the replacement watch then I did for the 1st watch.
Would like someone to follow up and let me know what can be done.

I ordered a product previous to the one I received that I really, really wanted. When I hadn't received it in two weeks, I checked the tracking and got an error message that the item could not be delivered. I called customer service and was told that the item was out of stock. Why advertise something you don't have or have limited amounts. The customer service rep was very nice in explaining why it could not be delivered, but did not offer to assist me to suggest a very similar item that would be available.

I'm an Invicta fan hands down. Personally the price for what you pay is a bargain. One of the biggest advantages of Invicta is that they make it possible for you to collect Invicta watches of different styles. I already own 3 now. Unless your income bracket is like that of Cristiano Ronaldo who collects Patek Phillipe and Rolex, it's simply out of the average person's reach. I definitely like the macho feel of the watch. And having Shaq as a face for Invicta is a good move. Nice would be having Tyson too - the ultimate macho face.

The watch band does not fit by any means. It is a good 2 inches short. I have gone on line to try and replace with a longer band but nothing is available for the watch model I received. Also the date setting is nigh on impossible to read, because of how tiny the numbers are, and the hour/minute hands are hard to see on a quick glance as they blend into the watch face itself as they are of a similar color. I have bought over 10 Invicta Watches because NORMALLY the watch bands have always been long enough and they have been a good deal but, I have had no response to my attempt to resolve the watchband issue or the fact I don't think this is a good watch for me.

There was a promotion discount and I'll call customer service if they could give me the difference Or price match the difference but they said they couldn't. I have the watch for 1 day when the promotion took place. I have sent out 2 emails and no response then I call in and they couldn't give me the promotion discount. Why not. I could have returned the item back and buy it again with the discount. The difference was 5% off more.

There isn't much communication. I didn't receive a shipping notification at all on my first. Thankfully the watches showed up. My friend told me that happened on his first order but not his second. I placed a second order on the 21st. I emailed on the 29th and have had no response, not even an automated 'it normally takes us x amount of time to respond' generic email. I am a pretty easy customer. It is nice to have some update or estimates.
On a better note. My husband wore is Boba Fett watch today and was so excited! It looks great! My sister opened her watch last night and loved it! She was so surprised and excited! I am very excited to get my second watch and give my husband his other 2 Star Wars watches.

This was a very organized presentation of watches. I received both my watches. I was very satisfied with my Sea Spider watch but the one I was looking forward to, the Bolt watch wasn't even running, something I think the shipper could have checked before sending it to me. So, I had to send it back and as of this writing am waiting to get it back in running order. In fact, I thought this notice was going to be about the current status of this watch.
