I called about have the price adjusted for this item as the price dropped a week after I ordered it and was told to email customer service and they would push the email to management for approval. Two watches I ordered dropped in price so I will have to wait and see if they will adjust the price. If so I continue to make purchases from this site, if not, they I may go back to Evine for my Invicta purchases.
The products are great I did not know I needed a watch winder for the watch so I will have to order one later. The only down fall was the delivery it was a gift for Father's Day for my husband who is living in another state and I paid extra for faster shipping. Did not arrive for Father's Day.
The delivery time for 2 watches I purchased took 20 days if I was in Alaska ok but I am in Florida 30 miles away from your warehouse not good needs work. The watch was fantastic and I would and have recommended invicta To many people when the saw the watch they bought one also
Received the same type of watch I ordered, but a completely different version of the watch I actually ordered. Because the price was very fair and the watch I received was still attractive (and didn't want the return and reorder hassle), I kept it without making a complaint. However, due to this being the second time I have received a different watch than I actually ordered, will not likely be a returning customer nor will I recommend them to others.
The product came in in good condition. The price was great. My deception was the delivery time and dealing with the DHL costumer service. I had to call 4 days in a row to give out the same information. The costumer service was awful. The courier was great though. I suggest UPS or FedEx for next deliveries.
First time purchasing from the site. Process was smooth except me having to call to get an update on an item that wasn't shipped. I didn't receive an update about that item and that had me concerned. I was disappointed with that absence of communication. However after contacting CS and told what was going on, the item was shipped out shortly after.
I wanted to get my husband a watch he had been looking at for our 20th anniversary. I ordered the watch a week prior to our anniversary and was worried I would not have it in time. The watch arrived with several days to spare.
I love my new watch. I ordered two new watches but have only recieved one so far. I havent heard anything about the second one. The price was great and the watch I received is great. It's well made and I'm excited to wear it.

I am a long time Invicta customer however I may think twice about ordering from Invicta.com any longer. The lack of communication updates from Invicta to the customer is non existant and the delivery time is so long. Customer Service is unable to explain why there is such a long time in lag time and we can not understand why it takes FedEx forever to get me the package. Love the product but unacceptable delivery times.
Shopping on invictastrores.com was easy. The site is very useful and the steps are easy to follow.
The only downsite was the shipping. It took almost 7 days before my order was shipped. But overall i am a happy customer.
I fill it took too long to process my order with today's technology. It should not take 4 to 5 business days to process an order especially when you didn't take 4 or 5 business days to pull the money out of my account. The shipping speed was awesome once you shipped it but the processing time needs a lot of work. Love the prices and sales, would give you a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the long processing time.
Ordering from Invita Stores is usually an easy process. It seems like they have upped their game from order to shipping. The last two orders were process and shipped ASAP. Usually it can take close to a week to process an order I hope this new quick process I have experienced is a new policy!
The watch came a day earlier than it was estimated, and I even did fast shipping so I was happy with how quickly they got it to me. Once I received the watch I was happy to see that it looked even better in person then what I saw online.
Their was a delay in shipping order. I was not notified of shipping status until order shipped. The day the watch arrived I seen the exact same watch at Sam's club around $50.00 less. So I was quite bummed about that. But my husband loves the watch.
The online experience was great.I went to the Invicta Store in Deptford, NJ to size it. Because I did not purchase it there they charged me $14.99. I don't know if that is standard practice. I also want to purchase a 2nd watch and do not want to have to pay to size it.

I placed my order on your website. The product shown was not the product I recieved. I like invicta watches, but I am now unsure if I will be ordering again. Both the item displayed on the page and description does not match what was shipped to me nor the item I wanted.
I always have trouble figuring out your price with discounts applying to only some products. Y
The watch I bought showed the final price. This is the right way to do business. There were no discounts to determine. The math wasn't the problem. The problem was figuring out which discount applies to what.
The time of delivery was a little longer than what I thought itwould be. But once I received the watch I was very happy and knew that the wait was well worth it. Patience is the key note, because the product and price out weighed the delivery time. Thanks
My husband love the product, but I paid for two days delivery and I received it in 22 days. I know Invicta take 5 says for pepare the order plus the 2 business day for delivery, in total 7 business days. When I wrote for receive my second day delivery money back they didn't answer and I lost my money. I'm disagree and disappointed of the service.

Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
