I am a big fan of invicta watches and have become a collector. The quality and craftsmanship is outstanding. The designs are creative, functional and progressive. I enjoy the much larger, bold styles (52mm magnum Bolt) and also the elegant classic pieces ( i.e. 47mm Grand Diver automatic.)

Your customer service is not really helpful I called 2,3 times wait for almost 1 hour no one answered.
Also your accounting I submitted my sales tax ID along with my ID to adjust the sales tax for both of my orders but no one replied that it's been taken care or not.

Haven't received product yet (amid COVID-19), although I'm somewhat understanding. Yet, I've attempted to use code (site30) to no avail. Nonetheless, I still placed the order. Now attempting to cancel and re order using new code (site40) but all attempts to log on are met with errors, conveniently...

Excellent service not my first time purchasing from you guys and won't be the last time and even during the tuff times we are face with covid-19 they were able to make sure my order was at my door just in time for when it was need thank you guys for all your hard work and from me and mine to you and yours thank you for all you guys do and stay healthy!

The watch didnt com packaged like others I have purchased in the past. It didnt come with the plastic protector on the glass face of the watch nor on the back. The watch didnt have the hard plastic barrier between the winder and the watch to stop movement or damage. It just seemed very used without those extras. My fiance really loved the watch, so in the end that's all that mattered.

They shipped the wrong item missed our anniversary due to the misshipment took forever to get someone to help me. Customer service kept giving me a dance and I did not want to dance. Took several phone calls and several times asking to speak to a manager at lest more than 10 to finally talk to one. She finally took care of me. And my husband finally got his gift.

I have always had a easy and comfortable shopping experience with Invicta stores. With Invicta I always get quality merchandise.the watch was more than what I expected.Everybody just copliments my watch on the average twice a day,really.thank you for having a perfect timepiece for my wrist.

Took me some time to get used to the overall processing time.
My orders totaled a 2 week delivery from the time I placed the order.
I did have an issue around the Christmas holiday when I got refunded my money because the item was out of stock and it took 3 weeks for me to receive that information. And I REALLY wanted that watch.

I have a collection of aproximately 40 Invictas the last order the delivery person left it on the ground on the road beside my mailbox in the street cant not trust your delivery partners anymore.I work too hard for my money. I ordered three Russian Divers. When they arrived, the one I was anticipating arrival was broken when I opened the case... unfortunately you guys couldn't replace it. I did receive a full refund for it although I'd rather have the watch.

My experience is not always consistent when ordering online. The website can be a little glitchy when paying, so I have to sometimes pay with PayPal Other times i can use my card. And it's not an issue with my card.

This was the 14th Invicta watch that was a gift from my daughter for my birthday. I usually purchase my Invicta watches from Evine. Oh please note that she used my card to make the purchase. So could you change the name on the order to Jerome C Nickerson. Jerica is only 10 yrs old and my wife didn't notice the name until after the purchase was made. Thank you for a very fine time piece.

THIS IS THE 12TH INVICTA WATCH I HAVE PURCHASED FOR MY HUSBAND. EACH TIME HIS IS EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW ONE HE RECEIVED. I WILL ONLY PURCHASE INVICTA WATCHES.

I ordered 2 watches for my twin nephews who will be graduating soon. I received shipping email a couple days after ordering the watches. The same day I received the watches, I wasn't expecting to receive them so fast! Very pleased!

The band is not what I thought I was buying. It is a macrame fabric band and I thought it was silicone or rubber. That is not something my husband can wear to work with a suit. I will be sending back today to exchange or refund if I can't find what I'm looking for on your website.
