I originally ordered a watch and then I received an email stating that you didn't have the watch. This was an inventory error and so I sent an email out and got JP. He was rude and not really helpful at all. I was a help desk manager and I know what support is suppose to be... the shortest and laziest answers ever! Rediculous

Invicta Stores are AMAZING! This was my first time purchasing from them and I was iffy about it thinking the products wouldn't be authentic or that I wouldn't receive my order but I ordered my product on Jan 10 and received it on Jan 12! On top of that, the watch was even more beautiful in person :') I actually contacted Invicta Store Customer Service so they could send me a link to write a review because I was so pleased. First time writing a review and it's definitely worth it! You can shop from here with your eyes closed! & They always have great sales!

Overall happy with Invicta service, I have several Invicta watches of my own, one of the watches I ordered this time was no longer available once my order was placed. I tried to Substitute it for another but was told they couldn't do that. A little disappointed but I will still continue to by Invicta.

Customer service was work from home, dogs barking in background and apart from the wait time not too friendly. I was rushed multiple times. I called because the price of a watch kept changing. I had screen shots of each price as it changed and wanted it for the first price I thought it was. The guy was no help and said to try it on the computer where I had the same price then said he couldn't honor the price on his end even though it should different on mine.

The product is nice. My boyfriend loves it.

When we purchased the watch we had no ETA on how long it would take and we recieved no follow up on timing. We sent an email to customer service after two weeks of not receiving any communication and all of the sudden I recieved an email my watch was shipped.

The watch is beautiful and I loved the discount I received. The only problem there was no tracking information and FedEx left the package at my door at night and they didnt ring the doorbell and no email was sent. My husband found the box the next day. So I could not surprise him. Nevertheless he is very pleased with his gift.

Well I was not impressed by how one of the items I ordered was not in stock and therefore, I waited longer than I feel I should have to receive the order.

I will say the interaction through Facebook was reasonable when I inquired about it. Of course, that was after going on the website to see customer service hours listed. I called at about 4:40 pm EST and the recording said CS hours closed at 4:30 pm EST. But the website said you were open until 5:00 pm EST.

I am a huge fan of Invicta watches and as of now I have 7. I am hesitant about ordering any from you because I don't want to go through that experience again.

This is a gift

This is a gift. So I haven't tested the watch to make sure it's working correctly. I sent the watch to another state as a gift to my brother. I will obviously follow up if there is something not working on the watch after the Holiday. Up until now the service has been great!

I bought 10 watches in 3 separate orders to 2 differen addresses. First shipment was short shipped by one item. The other two arrived complete and pretty fast. Contacting customer service over the holidays was a nightmare, but when finaly was able, customer service rep. Was corteous and resolve the issue immediately. No complaints at all.

I am waiting ona #1 marvel #1 venom pd 350.00 for it supposed to come with autogragraphed eyal paperwork. Ordered may2 2020 I call cant get through after waiting 2 hrs. Have sent several emails no answer. I have bought 50 + watches from invicta. Shop hq gets your stuff to you on time and have no problems contacting them. I go on my account it says I have no orders coming whats up!

I was only concerned that I had not received an order confirmation, yet my card had been charged. I could not get through the online help desk so I called the Sawgrass store and Angel was wonderful! She was able to reach someone behind the scenes and was able to bring the order back on track. Thank you Angel!

I used the chat feature to confirm the movement was z60 not the isa, as this model # has 2 versions. They checked the warehouse for me and confirmed, so I jumped on it as Subaqua Specialty my favorite line and price was incredible.

When you put an item on sale and 2 days later it's a better price. It would be much more accommodating if you would just credit the account the difference in the price rather than repurchasing another and having to return the 1st one. Better yet if your going to lower the price 2 days later, just give the best price the first time. Love my Invicta watches!

I try to reach customer service and never speak to a live person, i am concern that if they should be a problem in the future with my watch that i purchase for $ 911,00 UDS who will i talk to? Is there a lower rating than zero (0) to give to this Company Invicta when is comes to customer service?
