I did return the watch. Great looking timepiece, but it seemed to look better on the web-site than on my wrist. As much as I liked it, it just wasn't for me.
However; I did purchase a similar Invicta watch on Amazon (a model which was out of stock on the Invicta-store site.) and it's perfect.

In the future if Invicta Stores advertises a credit card it should let the potential clients know what kind of card they are applying for. I recieved a card with no expiration date to even use it on Invictastores.com. Now I am stuck with a c as rd I can't use because there are zero stores near me

Website crashes multiple times during the payment period. The day after I purchased 2 watches, the site had a sale for 65% off. I was a bit aggravated I bought too early. One of the watches didnt look like what I suspected it would look like in the picture.
I had personal family emergency and tried to change the delivery destination from Florida to my home in Kentucky. Customer Service said that I could not make the change even though it didn't ship for 2 weeks later.
Also, I called Customer Service about 3 times and was on hold for a linng timre.
Long time Invicta fan and collector. Always look forward to the new listings on InvictaStores.com. Some orders ship in a realistic time window, while others take far too long even prior to Covid. The 4 Stars overall reflects the unreasonable processing to actual ship times. I currently have two recent orders in the processing pipeline for two weeks now? That said, I remain a loyal Invicta fan!
Received watch really quick, well protected. Unfortunately, it wasn't working. I called Invicta and the representative was really courteous and helped me by writing down a note so the watch can be inspected. And by sending me a Fedex label so I could return it. But overall, I'm satisfied.
My experience took a while to process. When I contacted customer service the call was disengaged at exactly 4:30 PM midstream of our conversation. I think the practice of disconnecting the call with a service rep because your office shuts down at 4:30PM Sharp! Is disrespectful to the customer.
The shipping came in multiple shipments and took quite a bit of tie to get here. One watch, Invicta Reserve Mens Quartz 51.5mm Stainless Steel, Titanium, Blue Case Silver, Grey, Blue Dial - Model *******, he lock hasp does not secure to the band. It is currently hanging loose.
I was slightly disappointed when I first reviewed the order information. When I was shipping online, I searched "mens brown leather watch. " After looking at the order review, I found that the watch was actually gendered "womens." I became very anxious about the order and almost canceled, but realized that it may've been unisex. It would be nice if you could make sure that the labels are consistent with the search terms.
My credit card was no being accepted when placing the order online. I called the customer service hotline and they were able to run the card and place the order for me and send my confirmation via email. I was able to track my package via FedEx delivery and I am glad that FedEx sent an email stating that some one needed to be at the home when the watch was delivered or else I would have to go to the store to pick up the package because they weren't just going to leave it. The watch looks amazing and I can say without a shadow of a doubt. It's the last one of it's kind. Because you no longer can view the watch on the website.
Everything went smooth with ordering. However, I went into panick mode when I saw that my delivery would not arrive in 2 days as I thought. (I planned to receive my package in time for my husband's birthday.) I contacted Customer Service about my concerns. I am not sure if Customer Service resolved the issue or not. But, the package arrived on time!

The wait times for the item to ship are the worst. People are leaving Invictastore and going elsewhere. Having placed an order only to wait over a month only to have your $$$ refunded because its out of stock..
Website is very difficult to use. I knew exactly the watch I wanted but I could only find it by going page by page. Trying to use the filters gave me nothing. Spent far too much time trying to find the watch I wanted.
Paid for 2 day delivery but took over 2 weeks to process my order. Didnt arrive before the date needed.
Called to check on order and customer service was not friendly.
If my husband didnt love Invicta watches so much, I wouldn't buy from you again.
Price an item were fine. I bought a reserve and it came in a regular Invicta box and not a black reserve box! It took 5 days to even ship the watch, which is now a days unacceptable and they charged me twice for the same watch once when I paid for it and once when they shipped it which I still haven't called about. Invicta you need to do better! Probably the last time I will buy a watch from you. And I own over 40 Invictas I ll just get them from evine
Received a broken watch, contacted customer service for a return Authorizatio, received a shipping Label. I then explained that it was for a defective watch and I did not want to be charged for return shipping... received a response asking me what was wrong with the watch... I explained and have yet to hear anything else from Invicta Stores Customer Service.
Love my watch! Great value/price. My only complaint is the length of the watch band and the challenge my jeweler had trying to take links out. I needed a total of 4 links removed, but my jeweler was only able to remove 2 links. In the process of link removal, the jeweler broke a tool that they use. I did not know that I would have to buy tooling from Invicta in order to get my band shortened! I do see that you offer a single tool or a tool kit to reduce the length of the watch band. How do I know if I only need the single tool or if I am going to need to buy the tool kit? Your watches are exquisite and I don't believe that any other high end watch manufacturers are offering the tremendous pricing that you offer! You do make it affordable for the "average Joe" to own a beautiful piece of jewelry! Again, please notify me as to which tool/tooling I'm going to need to finish removing the additional 2 link... Answer: The same here. No follow up email I told the rep and wanted to know why was that. On hold for one hour and I still feel like my questions weren't answered regarding as to when will I receive my watches. I will never order again.
