Purchasing it was easy.
Delivery on the other hand, was slow and deceving. When you offer delivery in a specific number of days and charge for it, you should deliver. Specially selling product in stock.
This was not the case. Expected delivery in 1 week, not 3+ weeks.

Great! Wanted black face watch but it came up as 'out of stock' so ordered blue. Low and behold 'Invictas Holiday Magic!' - when the watch arrived it was the much desired black face not the blue! It couldn't have been a more perfect Christmas surprise! How did you know how much my husband wanted that 'out of stock' Black Dave?!? Happy New Year All!

I am pleased with the watch. But I was not pleased with it taking so long and when I called to check on the ordering told that they were at limited working this could have corresponded to me and I would have been fine with the delay but I heard nothing until I called

I gave you 5 stars because it is easy to order. It is a good quality watch.

Outstanding service

Order # ******* was received perfectly and quickly however I need help with order # *******. I only received the bracelet, not the watch # *******. I called last Tuesday 12/10/19 and Eduardo notified me that he would be leaving the warehouse between tuesday and wednesday but I still haven't received the traking number.

I recently purchased the Invicta Pro Diver Men's Automatic 53 mm Rose Gold Case Rose Gold Dial (Model *******). After searching the Invicta website, I chose this watch primarily for its styling, case size, and rose gold color. It was on sale at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with my purchase and shipping/delivery were quick.

The original watch I ordered ended up being out of stock and I wasn't informed until I had called a couple times and then had to order a different watch. The customer service girl that helped me pick a different one was great and very helpful and I received the watch within 2 days.

I was very satisfied with my overall experience, my order arrived A-day early. And I was very pleased with the product, it looks better in person than it did in picture! This is my 1st time ordering online with the company but I have bought a watch preiously in store.

The watch is beautiful and the customer service outstanding. I will be buying from them again! I couldn't believe how fast I got my order!

I couldn't buy the watch I actually wanted, the 9402, it's out of production with no information on when it will be available. Otherwise a good experience.

I like the pro diver. It's larger and a little thicker than I expected, but otherwise a nice watch at a good price.

This was my 25th Invicta watch. Placing my order was easy as always, I received it a day ahead of the scheduled date. Beautiful watch.

I still haven't received my order I placed on 12/24 and called and left on hold for over 50 minutes with no resolution, and emailed about my order a couple times and still didn't get nothing resolved. I am very frustrated on how I haven't received my order yet. Please give me an update or I will be canceling my order. This is terrible customer service.

I have wanted one of these watches for sometime and I wanted a rose colored one. When I saw the Angel selections, I saw exactly what I was looking for. Haven't been any place to wear it yet because of the Corona Virus, but when things are back to normal, I will be wearing it.

Overall my experience was great. It was nice and easy to order, a simple process. My only concern would be the time that it took to ship my item. Like most online retailers I got an e-mail confimation when I placed the order and an e-mail once it had shipped, but it just took a while to ship.

My watch didn't ship for several weeks after I ordered it. I didn't get a shipping notification until I sent an email inquiring where my watch was and why I hadn't previously received shipment notification. I don't understand why it took so long to send it out. Once it did ship, I received it in a few days.

I was disappointed as this piece was recycled and not new, This was affirmed by the lack of links on the bracelet I had to remove and the fact that it was not shrink wrapped like other Invicta pieces I bought as new.
Upset as I paid for a complete and brand new watch. Shame on you Invictastores!

It was a good experience even though I have to call costumer service because I bough my watch on a weekend and didn't know about the shipment the week after so when I called they just sent my item immediately.

Still missing 1 item that was lost that Invicta support has YET to resolve and has REFUSED to help with resolution. Very frustrating and disappointing as I love their merchandise and own > 15 Invicta watches and additional items.

I have made numerous attempts to contact you in regards to a bracelet i received for imperious man of war model 1048. I was making an inquiry on the links that connect the bracelet to the case(largest links) which i would think are to be included with the bracelet. Those is the actual pieces i require.

I would appreciate if you can forward those 2 pieces to me as soon as possible
